THIS PRODUCT IS VERY BAD AND THE COMPANY SUPPORT IS VERY BAD. THEY ARE NOT EVEN REPLYING. COOKING ABILITY IS SLOW. I HAVE PURCHASED IT 2 MONTHS BACK. ITS NOT WORKING ANY MORE. THE PRODUCT IS IN 1 YEAR WARRANTY. THE CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS NOT RESPONDING. THIS IS VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. AVOID BUYING THIS PRODUCT.
