Once I popped the SIM card into the phone and turned it on in Spain the activation was automatic with 5G coverage. Used this as a hotspot mainly so not sure how good the calling and texting features work. Would buy again. Traveled to Spain, France, Italy, Malta, and the UK. I did have to restart the phone a few times in London though when service was a little spotty.

I bought 2 sim cards for my 2 phones. They worked fine for the first 8 days but both stopped working in Rome. I called the support number but they could not solve the problem. Unfortunately these let me down when I needed them the most. I ended up having to buy new cards here in Rome. I'll be requesting a refund as soon as I get home.

I bought this card for a 10-day trip to France and I had no issues connecting it and getting it to work. The data and the call quality was great. No problems at all and I'll definitely buy one of these again next time I travel to Europe.

We took an 18 day trip to England, France, Belgium, Netherlands, and Spain. This card worked perfectly for us. We used an old phone we had laying around (because our current iPhones aren’t paid off and ”unlocked”) and I inserted the card the day before we left the US for our trip. On arrival to London I restated my phone and the data worked right away. I logged into my Apple ID/I cloud so my old phone worked just as if it was my current iphone. The data lasted us our whole 18day trip and we ran into 0 issues. After reading the reviews I was a little nervous but it worked perfectly for our use and we were able to call home, post, search, stream, map, pay for metro, etc seamlessly! I can’t recommend more.

installed the card and activated. there is no phone number with this card. it is strictly data. no texting no phone calls. what they advertise is not what you get.

It worked wonderfully during my trip to Europe: Switzerland, Germany, Italy, France, Austria, Spain. I am very thankfull with this SIM card!! I highly recommend it!!! The instalation and instructions were very easy to follow.

When the Sim card was connected it worked well. Quick service and the hot spot worked. The problem was it would often lose signal and not reconnect without restarting my phone, often multiple times or even requiring me to take the sim card out and reinsert. Not worth the hassle in my opinion.

This is quite the bargain. Especially the free long distance to most of the world. Installation is easy and all the features worked really well. It is especially good for a visit to Europe that involves multiple countries and travel between them.

Perfect for a Month in France.

Utterly useless in France! I bought this for an unlocked Mifi device to be used whilst on holiday in France. Being orange, I thought it would be the most compatible with the French systems. When though roaming is enabled and the Mifi device is 3g/4g/5g ready, the sim would only connect to a 3g network. Even though my phone on its O2 SIM was happily connecting to 4g or 5g. Tried to talk to orange, no support whatsoever. They blamed the Mifi device. Yet if I put my O2 SIM into the Mifi device, it worked perfectly on 4g and 5g. Clearly a SIM issue. Total and utter waste of money. **** Avoid! **** Where's zero star rating when you need it?

This product is advertised as a 100GB SIM card valid for 30 days. I received a 70GB SIM card valid for 28 days. I don't trust this product provider so I have returned the SIM and gone direct to the Orange website to order another SIM card, which hopefully will be what is advertised (100GB for 31 days.) I have previously had good experiences using the Orange network while travelling in Europe, the fault is with the supplier, not the telco company.
