This vase is so pretty I can’t show a photo of my flowers in them because they died prior to me buying the base, but since I’m stepping into being a flower mother, this vase was perfect to start off my collection

Was skeptical ordering, Christmas gift for my granddaughter who wanted a smaller vase for her flowers. I ordered the large, it was just perfect. This vase was better than pictured, heavy enough at base to not topple. Why was I skeptical? Items I've ordered in past were broke, not packaged well, or wrong item, not so in this case. The large cream vase is perfect, packed well. She'll love it

Shattered vase
I bought both the clear and colourful vase and the colour vase arrived shattered. It’s balloon padding was deflated. The box it was in was in another bigger box allowing it fly all over the place. I tried to submit a claim for a replacement as I really like these vases, but I kept having trouble. I would be happy with a replacement over a refund of this colorful vase if it is possible. Thank you
