My daughter and I wore matching costumes for a trunk-or-treat event. Everyone loved them. True to size. Im 5'7 178lbs (athletic build), and I was able to wear this over a full-size romper.

This did not work for me. Maybe if you have hips. Also think it should come with a belt or something. Mid section looks weird. Don’t recommend. Fit was also weird like very long in the crotch, again maybe big hips would fill it out. Very stretchy. Decent quality as any costume.
