I’ve been taking this supplement for my pcos for about a year now. It’s helped my period pains a lot. I bleed for around 5 days now when before it was 8 days and really heavy. I think it’s somehow helped my skin clear up? But the tablets are quite big that’s the only negative.

On my first week of taking these and split the dose between morning and evening, however - they are huge. Even breaking them in half they are incredibly hard to swallow and a couple of times have made me choke and the tablet comes back up. Once I get through these tablets I am going to look into the powder form.

I don’t have any issues with swallowing tablets usually, but I can’t swallow one of these, let alone 4 per day. They often get stuck. Ended up in the bin

Meine Frau nimmt die Tabletten seid anfang 2026 nach 6 Jahren kinderwunsch ohne erfolg hatte sie ein Bericht ihrer Ärztin gefunden in dem follikelzysten erwähnt wurden (dies würde ihr persönlich aber nie gesagt) daher dachte sie, sie probiert bei pcos Verdacht es einfach mal aus, und es war unglaublich, ihr Körper hat gut drauf reagiert, zuerst einige kleine Nebenwirkungen mit der Verdauung die allerdings das weg gingen. Meine Frau hat so unregelmäßig ihre periode gehabt das ihr Zyklus 20-360 Tage schwankte dabei im Durchschnitt aber eher 90-120 brauchte. Nach dem sie ein Monat dieses myo inositol genommen hatte hatte sie ein Zyklus von 45 Tagen nach ein 93 Tage Zyklus, doch sie hatte in der lutealen Phase natürlich starke Probleme da ihr Körper einen relativ normalen Zyklus garnicht kannte. Daher musste sie Mönchpfeffer sich dazu kaufen, der nächste Zyklus war Dan 23 Tage lang, nun pendelt es sich noch etwas bei ihr ein doch sie hat auch keine starken stimmungsschwankungen mehr, sie fühlt sich wieder durch ein regelmäßigeren Zyklus mehr als Frau da sie sehr darunter vorher gelitten hat. Nun beten wir für ein kleines Wunder.

Bon, mais comme indiqué vraiment très gros pour avaler. Je pense qu’il me donne un peu mal au ventre mais pas sur que ça soit ça. Je ne constate pas vraiment de changement ni d’amélioration. Peu être au niveau de l’appétit mais au vu de la taille des pilules on est calé après. Je n’ai pas encore fini la cure (moitié)
