Nice creamy “vegetable fat free” callets. Taste by themselves is also extremely nice. They are milk chocolates so already contain milk so adjust your recipe proportions accordingly. The texture is rich and the taste is creamy and flavourful

The best chocolate
These are pretempered callets. Wonderful flavor and quality. Has many uses. On the side of the package is a chart for warming and bringing up to working temp. I’ve used the microwave carefully and it did work well. Let it cool at room temp and it will dry to a shiny surface with a nice snap. If cools too fast it will come out of temper and have streaks. This is costly chocolate so learn how to do it right. They are in great condition and did not melt in shipping..
