The presentation needs work. Right away I was struck by the poorly-translated and typo-ridden English on the packaging. I'm used to less-than-perfect English on products like this one, but it's so bad here that I can barely understand it. Step 5, for example, reads "The product afler opening the cover please timely cover stitchremoval for the adhesive residue on the cover."That aside, the adhesive seems to work well so far. I got this for a smartwatch, which if anything is a more difficult use case than a smartphone (more strain and less surface area). It needs to REALLY set before holding. At first it was just barely tacky, but after clamping everything down for a few hours, it formed a good seal and I was able to cleanly pick off the excess.I'd still probably prefer a device-specific adhesive pad, but if you can't find that or you'll be working on lots of different devices, this is a must-have, and the price is great for how much you get.

This is an item that you didn't know that you needed until you actually needed it. I would totally recommend this if you're having to replace some part of your cell phone.
