This outdoor wall light was easy to install and works great with the Govee app. The RGB lighting is bright, the scene options are fun, and it's a great accent light for the front of the house.

This is my initial entry into the Govee Home Lighting ecosystem. Build quality is top notch for these lights. Install was simple and straightforward even for electrical boxes that are over 20 years old. Fit and level was very easily achieved. Connections were pretty standard as well, which all of these are a plus when trying to install on an older home. Software and adding the devices were simple as expected with the mature app and support this system already has. The base functions of the lights are strong. The white light option gets brighter as the light gets warmer definitely providing a safe viewing area for our security cams. The single zone colors are great. Where I’m not impressed with the lights are the “lamp” color selection part of the app. The colors tend to wash out and are not truly the base colors you select. When the blue and orange are applied to the lights as lamp zones the colors nothing like the base preset color when all three lamp zones are the same selected color. In the pics attached I have all three lamp zones selected as blue or orange and they look great, but when you use the lamp zones to make each lamp have both blue and orange the colors are way off. Maybe that can be addressed in future updates or maybe it never will improve. It’s not a deal breaker but it’s an advertised feature that doesn’t actually work very well. I will test with the custom setup and try only have two zones instead of three, if that’s possible. Next area to improve… automation tab has time sets to turn the lights on and off. What would be better since these are generally going to be used for front of home lighting would be a dusk til dawn preset that tracks and changes sunrise and sunset the adjusts the times daily/weekly. Our smart switch that has these lights has this feature already built in, but folks without a smart switch would have to change the on/off times as the daylight times change throughout the year. Overall still a strong product and a great foundation to build a DIY home lighting system utilizing the features and product of Govee.

I’d love to try out more Govee products and share honest feedback across platforms — whether it’s ambient lighting, outdoor kits, or smart home gadgets. I’m always open to testing and reviewing new releases!

We replaced two large, old exterior wall lights with these wall lights from Govee. The installation was super easy and the result was amazing. The lights are super responsive, can be controlled as a group and very bright, illuminating most of our yard at night. The colors and scenes make this an amazing light we can use for all our holiday lights in the future. Brightness, color and scenes can be changed immediately or automated to be on a schedule. We had guests over and they said how the loved the look compared to our earlier lights, which were huge in size, but not brightness. The lights itself do not have any motion sensors on them. Personally it wasn't an inconvenience, since it makes the lights sleek. However you'll have to look elsewhere if you need a light with motion sensors. I plan to automate these by including either Govee's motion sensors or existing motion sensors from my Eufy cams to turn on the switch controlling these lights. Overall, very happy with these lights from Govee.

These govee lights, like all my other govee products, did not disappoint. Easy installation and tons of possibilities.

This is a great product, comparing to one of a cheaper alternative(with absolutely same specs), the product has way better build quality, generates brighter whites, and smoother colors, the effects looks better in the Govee one, and the diy option is even better. The light looks cleaner with almost no dark edges. The matter support makes it easier to configure though Google supports limited features with matter. The Govee app is okay.

Have four Govee Outdoor Wall Lights. - Installation process was straightforward, with easy-to-follow instructions - especially with a preexisting junction box to replace existing outdoor sconce. - Up to 1500 lumens of powerful white light with a color temperature range between 2700 K to 6500 K—perfect for porch. - Ideal for year-round outdoor use - has IP65-rated aluminum frame that handles temperatures from –20 °C to 45 °C (–4 °F to 113 °F). - It supports motion-activated lighting; however, motion sensor must be purchased separately and paired with light. It would have been more convenient if the motion sensor was built directly into the fixture. - set up automations to turn the lights ON / OFF. Important Tip: Govee devices automatically connect to "distributed gateway"(DG) nodes within the Govee App (an internal network for Govee devices), which can impact your Wi-Fi performance. To avoid network slowdowns, try to limit number of connected devices in DG using App.

These Govee wall lights are absolutely incredible! The color-changing effects are mesmerizing and the app control makes it so easy to customize everything. Perfect for creating amazing mood lighting or syncing with music for parties. The gradient colors blend beautifully and installation was surprisingly simple. Love how they instantly transform any boring wall into a stunning light display. Great quality and the remote is super responsive. Total game changer for home ambiance!

These were a breeze to install and the bright white setting is very bright, but not harsh on the eyes. I wish they came in a bigger size though..

Bought these to go with all my other Govee products. Easy to install myself and look great and modern. Control with my phone. Extremely bright! I keep them set at 2700 during the year and play the pre programmed light shows during certain holidays. Easy as that!

Good lights, easy install, tons of color options, but overall style and look with the white lens in the daytime is a little "cheap". Will use for a while, but will likely upgrade eventually to something with better curb appeal.

I’m a big LED guy and have tried many LED products across the board and I have to say by far these lights are the best ones I’ve ever seen. They have the most function versatility and colours than I’ve ever seen. The software for Govee is top-notch lets you control everything in one app, extremely easy to connect all of your devices together and synchronize I’ve now started adding to my Govee line just ordered 6 more 1200 lumen smart bulbs and I plan on buying the high end 200 foot Christmas light string backlight TV and some tree lights. Can’t wait.
