CalmingBreath Yoga Bolster, Rectangular, Cotton - Buckwheat Filled

Really lovely item that looks good but most importantly does the job. Purchased as getting into restorative yoga due to postural back shoulder neck issues and i find it hard to relax, and allows me to rest properly into positions, at home, without overstrain. Definitely firm and comfortable and with give and for me has been excellent. I also purchased the round bolster to do fully supported poses and extremely glad I did (although the wallet took a bit of a battering) I am pleased to say that I think it has been worth it. This was more expensive than others but I went for it based upon the colour choice, cover removable and washable, and guarantee. Definitely a decision to go more with a quality option. I also have a large squishy leather sofa and positioning the bolsters also encourages me to sit properly. Only had for a short time but feels sturdy, is well constructed. Came packaged well (it's pretty heavy). Annoyingly, I'm so happy with this and the round bolster that I'm eying up other products from this supplier (I may have already crumbled) basically on the premise that these do the job well. Which encourages me to use them. Yes, it is just a bolster...but a very good one. Would recommend this to others

This is a beautifully made, high quality bolster. It's lovely and big, and extremely comfortable - perfect for restorative poses. But the best thing of all is the company itself - when I changed my mind about the colour of the bolster, they were unbelievably kind and helpful, and sent out a new bolster the same day. Ultra impressed by their customer service. All in all, a very pleasurable purchase!

I am more than delighted with the rectangular yoga bolster in burnt orange such a nice vibrant colour. I purchased it together with the round one to make a set as you need both for yoga. They both more than met with my expectations and I can very highly recommend these yoga bolsters you will not be dissapointed as the quality is there. Each have well made unobtrusive carrying handles in the same colour and fabric. They are good and weighty and very supportive which is what you want.

Love the colour. It's firmer than I thought it would be, but after using it a couple of times is much more comfortable. Would recommend!

I ordered 6 CalmingBreath rectangular bolsters for my yoga class. They arrived before the due date which was great. My students loved the support they provided in a variety of poses. They are of good quality (material, zip and the seam finish in particular). I ordered green, orange and purple bolsters and love the range of colour. Overall I am a very happy and satisfied customer and will definitely order from this company again.

This is a great bolster. Well made and sturdy. Being of a larger frame I needed something to help with my Yoga practice. So far I have lain on it and sat on it. I prefer this to the round one as I wanted one I could sit on. I think it's better than the cotton filled ones as it has a slight give because of using Buckwheat as a filling. It arrived very quickly too. Would recommend.

As a bolster for restorative poses I guess this is ideal, but I purchased it to help with forward seated bends as I was told sitting on a bolster helped to open up the hip flexors ...no, it doesn't... The bolster is far to high off the ground and on folding forward all that happens is you topple off the bolster. I can't diss this item as a prop for restorative yoga but that was not why I bought it. Cost to return to Amazon prohibitive due to weight, so I guess I am stuck with it...

Such a high quality product, well worth the money. I've always made do with pillows and cushions but this has been a game changer in my yoga practice. It's even nicer than the one my yoga teach lends me - so nice I've just bought one for a friend's birthday as she fell in love with mine too! Highly recommended.
