Premier Carbohydrate Fuel - Plain, 50 Scoops

I love this stuff. I put this in every single single shaker bottle before the gym, a run, a BJJ roll, or even yard work session. It’s flavorless so you can mix it with just about anything. My favorite stack is one scoop of this, Ann LMNT flavored electrolytes pack, and 2 scoops of creatine. I don’t recommend mixing it in anything less than 16 oz per scoop otherwise the liquid feels syrupy. It’s also best to put just a little water in the cup (6oz ish) and slowly pour a scoop in while mixing it with a handheld frother otherwise it CAN clump up. But doing it this way I’ve had no problems with it all dissolving easily. This stuff is easy to portion out and travel with. Like I said I generally only use one scoop per drink for texture sake. Overall this is a great value for the money and an excellent source of carbs for anyone who needs sustainable carbs without the carb crashing from stuff like breads, rice, and pasta. As someone who struggles with those types of food period, this is a great way for me to get clean carbs that keep me fueled during any activity or excercise. This is also and extremely handy powder to have in hand for people who need help with blood sugar. My diabetic friend carries it on her person for emergencies and says it’s been a good “in between” when she starts to feel her sugar drop.

Best price anywhere! Been using this product for over 4 year. Used it for crossfit workouts, powerlifting training. I use 3/4 of a scoop...sometimes a full scoop for longer /heavier workouts. I definately can feel the differnce in my stamina with and without this product. The unflavored is a little wierd. Just make sure you mix well because it turns like glue in your blendy bottle. I like to add my BCAAS to this so ut has some flavor.

After trying several carbohydrate supplements, I can confidently say that Vitargo truly stands out for recovery and performance. It absorbs quickly and doesn't cause any stomach discomfort, making it perfect to take right after training or mixed with your post-workout protein shake. I've noticed better recovery and less fatigue the next day, especially after strength sessions and long cardio workouts. The powder dissolves well (best with a shaker) and has no artificial taste or heavy feeling. If you train consistently and need to replenish glycogen without simple sugars, this is an excellent choice. The price is slightly higher than other carb products, but the quality is absolutely worth it.

I bought the flavorless and just as advertised, it doesn't have a flavor. Pro- no flavor and other than a little thickening, doesn't effect the taste of the BCAAs I mix with it for a during workout drink. If I am lifting heavy and feel empty at the end of a workout, I'll add a scoop to my post workout whey. I've noticed that my energy levels are more consistent through out a long work out on the bike, swimming or weigh training. I took a star off, because it clumps easily, although I've learned to avoid it most of the time if I shake the heck out of it immediately after adding liquid.

This stuff is fantastic. I don't use it as a pick me up before a workout (I have a little caffeine for that), but this is more like the turbo that keeps you going throughout the workout and pushes you a bit further. I find a steady energy with no crash. I have noticed a huge difference in energy levels and performance when I've taken this and when I haven't (with caffeine being a constant). I teach very high intensity kickboxing classes and I get though them just fine if I have this! Its a bit tough to dissolve, but will dissolve easier if you mix with some warm water/ juice first, then add the cold. Flavor is wonderful (mango).

As a bodybuilder, Vitargo has been a game changer for me as an Intra-Workout supplement. I will tend to sip this product midway through my workout to allow steady energy levels and performance to stay the highest possible. Not to mention that taking this Intra-Workout speeds up my recovery, gets me feeling less sore, and allows me to bounce back quicker for my upcoming workouts

On paper the product looks great. In real life it is HORRIBLE. This is a fiber that becomes INSOLUBLE In water no matter how you mix it, temp of water , etc. What this means is the powder instantly turns into a waxy clump that you cannot swallow. In addition to the clump, the fiber sticks to the container . This is a complete waste. The company does not give returns, and their product is defective.....Steer away from this one.

The taste is just fine. I mix it with BCAA powder and electrolytes for an intraworkout drink. It seems to have alleviated the issue of me being hungry during longer workouts. I’ve used other brands that mixed better. 25% of this forms a slime at the bottom of my container. Today I took my first drink and it was like drinking a quarter sized piece of snot. You can alleviate the issue by using a blender bottle ball and not adding ice until after you’ve gotten it mixed but it will still inevitably form a few slime balls and a layer of slime on the bottom. Mixing with 16oz of water.
