Really delicious. Best freshly made. Best out of multiple well rated recipes I've tried before.
Half the time I'm lazy and just get store bought naan/ flatbread. But when I DO make this it's totally worth it. Fresh bread of any kind is no comparison to store bought. Alas, once this goes for a day or 2 you really can't tell the difference. BUT compared to other online recipes this one takes the cake and makes the tastiest one I've tried yet (out of 5 -6 different well rated recipes).

Pleasant surprise!
A little pricey but well worth every dime. Makes 8 fluffy Flatbread. The whole family enjoyed them alot. They can be stored in cool area then heated or kept out they last 2-3 days. Easy to follow directions with minimal cooking utensils.

These are a little more work than the typical box kits, but they were really good!

Nice introduction to the art, a little too sweet to be authentic
Humans have been mixing flour and water for a very long time. This kit is a good introduction to one of the simpler forms of that process. The kit is easy to use, though you'll need basic kitchen tools - a rimmed baking sheet (at least 9" x 12, though the instructions don't say that), some oil, a comal or good sized skillet, and some tongs or a fork to flip the bread. You'll also need a way to measure the temperature of the mix water, since water fresh off boil will kill the yeast (the instructions specify a temperature range, but don't explain why, which is also less than ideal). There are a few other sins of omission - make sure to space the dough balls apart so they have space to rise, roll the dough balls down before you flatten them out or the dough will likely tear (this is key), and the flat bread is ready to flip when the underside is lightly browned. The King Arthur website has slightly more detailed instructions, and some other recipes. You may need to create an account.I'm finding these breads to be sweeter than the ones I typically make, but not to the point of cloying. The KA website also has flatbread recipes to make from scratch, so consider this kit to be a gateway drug.
