Poor design the sliding scraper tool gets in its own way of the rubber tips. The blue pieces are very useful, but not very durable, they start to fray and small blue pieces end up in the caulk. The green tips are difficult to change but again hard to use because the scraper tool that slides underneath it is still in the way.

Product works as expected. Easy to pull up old caulk and smooth out new. Really appreciate the built in caulk tube puncture tool - it beats using a long nail.

I found the scraper part of the tool ok, it didn’t remove the old silicone as well as I had expected. To application part of the tool, once I got the angle down, worked well. Overall it was easier to do with this tool.

Great tool was easy to use to remove old grout and lots of choices to shape new grout. Highly recommend.
