the plug does not fit any of the eu/toothbrush/shaver plugs I’ve tried. The pins are round, the adapter plug holes are t shaped with a rounded top.

The plug is fitted with a UK 2-pin shaver plug that should fit into any UK bathroom shaver socket. You cannot use a UK 2-pin plug in the European sockets. This is due to the fact that the pins are wider on the UK 2-pin plug. To use your Braun FaceSpa in a European socket, you would need a plug adapter. Your Braun Team

It is so painful how can you bare it? Its torture

Persevere, you get used to it and you won't feel any pain eventually. I've been using an epilator now for more than ten years and wouldn't dream of shaving now. And my legs are always so smooth.

I dont see why men can't use it. Its great for facial hair removal, cleansing & toning the face.
