Superb selection and dry aged to perfection
Just eaten a 3rd pack and placed a second order - I bought this just for me as a female and would not hesitate to send as a gift to a female - I've been lifelong devoted to Italian charcuterie and this Greek version has blown my mind - very different selection of cuts alongside cuts you'd expect, amazing flavour profiles and dry aged to perfection - utterly addictive and the fact that it can be cupboard stored with super long dates even into 2026 is a revelation - I do try my best to support small businesses and I highly recommend - Only one issue: I've dishonoured my Italian side!

Such a shame - disgusting pork belly thins
Such a shame - bought these for myself for a birthday treat - awful taste for the pork belly thins (disgusting and couldn't eat them). Not looking forward to trying the other 2, though hoping they will actually taste of meat if I ever do, which the pork belly thins did not - they tasted something more akin to vomit. No idea why the positive reviews here. If I didn't know, I would have believed that I was supposed to cook them, but had made the mistake of eating them raw (and I love cured meats).
