This stuff is wonderful! I love the dry crystals... It lasts a lot longer than or six pack of lemons I could sprinkle it on everything I love that it had a little scooper already in the bag. WOW! The second I opened the bag, the vibrant lemon aroma flew out. I put a tiny scoop of the powder in COLD sparking water and the taste was FANTASTIC. Extremely lemony. Sweet, without sugar. For best dissolution, dissolve in a SMALL amount of liquid before adding total desired liquid. I used eight ounces. As an Italian having eaten my favorite fruit (lemon) all my life, this powder is about the BEST tasting lemon I have experienced without the hassle of cutting up fresh lemons. I hope the manufacturer NEVER changes their production method. I’ll be buying again soon. YUM!

This powder has a fresh lemon taste, but can be a bit overpowering if not used sparingly. Though the label indicates the serving size is one scoop, stated servings by scoop will be greatly less than expected. The directions say 1 scoop is equal to the juice of one fresh lemon, when in all reality it’s probably equal to 6-8 fresh lemons, possibly more. We purchased this primarily for lemonade, to have a quick alternative to fresh lemons, and stop buying premade products with dyes and artificial ingredients. For our taste level, we add a half of a scoop to 2 quarts water, and 2/3 to 1 cup of sugar. This balances sweet with sour about right for our children’s taste. I estimate about 10-12 full scoops of product in the bag, so using this formula one would expect to get about 20-24 pitchers of lemonade @ 2 quarts each. Or 10-12 gallons using a full scoop. Personal tastes may vary resulting in more or less servings.

My family loves this lemon powder! It tastes and smells just like lemon and it makes great-tasting lemon cookies! Much easier to use when traveling, instead of hauling a liquid around.

Amazing lemon flavor. I made a lemon pound cake using this in both the cake and the glaze. It was fabulous. It gave a nice tang to the cake and the glaze.

This lemon powder is AMAZING! I am a lover of lemon flavored things.I really love lemon greek yogurt. However the little cups at the store go for a hefty price. I am often left waiting for a sale just to get a few cups. Well what do you know...I can make my own lemon yogurt. I simply bought a tub of plain greek yogurt. One cup full of the yogurt sprinkled with this lemon powder add a drizzle of honey, maple syrup, or splenda is an awesome tangy, but sweet, healthy treat! Make sure you blend it well so that the yummy lemony flavor spreads throughout.Tastes even better when I make yogurt for myself because I can add more or less lemon flavor to cater to my taste! The bag is resealable and comes with a scoop too. It's great for lemonade and tea. My next experiment will be to mix it with black pepper and spices to make my own lemon pepper for fish! I also will add a little bit to my favorite Amazon sweet treat. Betty Crocker lemon bars!(SO GOOD) For a super lemony flavor! I will buy this again! AND AGAIN!

Of all the freeze dried fruit powders I’ve purchased from different sellers, this is the only one that actually tasted close enough to lemons - think a lemonade powder mix that requires sugar and some other finessing, not a fan tho. But at least it’s not as horrible as the others, and since it’s so strong you don’t have to use the entire serving size - depending on your use case I’d start with a smaller amount and increase from there. To be honest, I’d prefer to go the real lemon route or get the freeze dried dehydrated fruit powders either by making it myself (too much effort) or through places that specialize in these, however you’d have to purchase at least .5-1kg.
