First time I’ve bought anything like this want to try and make a nice edge around some homemade pasties seems ok and good for the price

It works OK, I mean, it rolls, but it does not cut pastry or pasta properly, it pulls the dough instead of cutting it neatly because it is not sharp enough.

Es lo que buscaba. Deja unas puntillas bien marcadas. Rueda bien, funciona perfectamente; hay que presionar un poco para que vaya cortando la masa, pero es lo normal. Es de acero inoxidable, el mango de plástico. Me ha llegado en color blanco.

Use for cutting pie pastry worked very well. Made in Italy...and hope it stands up to its stainless steel look and feel :)
