Taste great, no clumps.
I can say that if you like orange cream than this is it! Perfect flavor, (I mix with 20 oz. of water) no clumps, and it seems to be working as described after 2 day of usage. I choose this over others 1, because GHOST products say and taste like what they are and 2, you dont have to take 4-6 horse pills per serving. Give it a shot.

Tastes great but doesn't dissolve well
This supplement powder tastes great! I have to admit that. I was wary of a powdered supplement in an "orange cream" flavor, but it literally smells and tastes like a 50/50 bar. For those who are sensitive, it contains crustacean shellfish (shrimp). It also contains sucralose, though it doesn't have that weird sucralose aftertaste. It says it is gluten free, soy free, and sugar free. The instructions say to mix 1 scoop (included) with 8-10 ounces of water or beverage of choice, but it really seems to need more than that. 12 ounces seems to work the best, but if you don't put it in a blender, you will be stirring, and stirring, and stirring. And stirring, and stirring, and stirring. Basically, it does NOT dissolve without prolonged aggressive agitation (blender or shaker bottle). Using a spoon to stir means you will probably be chewing on clumps of powder.

Ghost join + ghost greens
I use both this one and ghost greens. I mix them together so I get both in one drink. Doesn't taste bad to mix them. The orange cream with light green pink lemonade is pretty solid.

Tastes better than I expected
This joint supplement is designed to be mixed with water and taken as a drink. It would probably be easier to mix if you put it in a jar and shook it rather than stirred it. It thickens up a bit as you mix it. It tastes like a sweet orange drink (a bit like the frozen juice concentrate I remember from my childhood). It's a bit too sweet for my taste, but it is drinkable, and some people might like the taste. It's too early to say how effective it will be, but we will see!
