What does already in range mean?

Refers to normal BP numbers - currently considered to be 120/80 or less. However, my numbers were higher when I started taking Arjuna and have dropped into the normal range. I take in the morning with Aloe Vera juice as recommended by an Ayurvedic practitioner. Grind the Arjuna to a powder and add to the juice.

I also wanted punarnavadi capsules from himalaya but not able to find them on amazon. can you help?

I do not see these capsules listed on Himalaya's website.

Does this product contain Magnesium Stearate, peanuts products, flaxseed, banana products or “Cassia”cinnamon?

Our Organic Arjuna ingredients are Organic Arjuna Powder(bark), Organic Arjuna Extract (Bark), Organic Arjuna powder (Leaf) and organic Arjuna supercritical CO2 extract. Himalaya holds the caplet together with the sticky portion of the plants, do not require any synthetic fillers or binders. So, the final product is just Organic Arjuna and nothing else.

As stated by seller the extract methods used are water & supercritical co2. what is the %/weight makeup in the supplement dose of each method?
