(10th-gen Civic) -- Car adapter: 5 stars. Perfect! -- Phone holder: 4 stars. Quick, easy, and robust clamping mechanism, but the bottom support is a hair loose for my tastes. -- Tiny little pivot support that connects the two together and allows you to adjust the angle: 2 stars. It hasn't broken, but that's just about the best I can say about it. The angle doesn't stay put very well, and bumping the phone in an upward direction causes the whole thing to disassemble completely; a few improvements to this part of the assembly would go a long way.

Not compatible with Honda civic 2020
I am not sure whether I received the wrong model or if this is how the product is designed, but it did not fit my Honda Civic 2020 properly. I tried both included holders, and neither was able to securely support the phone. I am also disappointed with the mounting design around the hazard light. There is no proper mechanism to tighten or secure the mount. It simply rests on the hazard light area and easily falls off.
