Have noticed a huge difference with my hair and nail growth! Love this product

I really liked this supplement after a few weeks of taking them daily at bedtime I noticed glowy skin and my nails and hair were growing better than without them. I have since run out after my husband deciding he want to take them too 🤣 I will be purchasing more soon. I highly recommend them. I am disappointed that when I purchased them they were 10 dollars and now they're like 6 or 7 dollars more 😔 I understand everything is going up though. They're still worth the price because they do work!

My nails have gotten long and strong! Haven't noticed my hair yet. I need a trim really to probably see a difference.

Excellent product that definitely brought on positive results!

I was in denial at first, but the results speak for themselves! I wish I'd taken photos prior to taking these supplements for a before and after, that's how skeptical I was. Now that I'm in my mid 30's, things, like my skin, start changing unfortunately. My forehead had more folds and felt loose, the sides of my face felt droopy and overall just looked dull. I kept seeing ads from *insert popular social media app here* for these kind of supplements and figured what do I have to lose? Except a few extra bucks. That's why I decided to go with this brand that was slightly more affordable than the one being preached. I began taking them about a week ago and just two days later, I went to play with my droopy cheeks only to realize they didn't feel as droopy as before. I was taken aback, but didn't think much of it and thought I was imagining it. As of yesterday, I REALLY felt and saw a difference! The skin on my forehead looked and felt better than a week ago! Still have folds, but not as bad. And for the record, I'm not currently doing any type of skin care (but I should get back into it for even better results!) I'm happy these supplements include biotin since my hair is another issue, too. And all the other included extracts is an awesome plus. And you only have to take JUST ONE PILL A DAY. Big plus, plus! Overall, very happy with the results so far. It really feels like years were taken off my face 🥹 I'll update this review if anything changes later on.

This has a lot of the pills I like to take. All in one pill. Strength, hair growth, hydration and energy without any smell whatsoever. Easy to swallow and no bad side effects.

Didn't really see a difference after a whole bottle and I took two instead of one. No upset stomach and the quantity is great.
