I just used this item for the very first time. Came fully charged. Worked as described. Power completely drained and now it won't recharge in the sun. Kept it in direct sunlight for an entire day and it doesn't work. Very disappointing as I ordered this mainly for camping. UPDATE: Decided to change from 1 star to 5 because of the seller's response time and great customer service. Seller offered a full refund, shows willingness to work with their customers.

This is a great product, its been extremely reliable, easy to use, useful, and extremely portable. The power bank does everything you need it to do when traveling, its decently weighted but for the versatility, the solar panel, and the added flashlight, you really do get a lot of value of purchasing this power bank. For the most part I don't have too many cons to owning this device. The lens on the flashlights do seem a bit fragile almost like they can easily fall out, but that has yet to happen. Don't expect the solar panel to charge the power bank quickly, its a useful feature to have when you are traveling outdoors, but it's not the fastest.

Mine does not charge from solar energy at all I tried it multiple times for multiple days and it hasn’t charged. It is also a pretty slow charger to other devices but that’s not really a issue. Overall it’s practical but due to the solar panels not working it’s like more any other portable charger

My favorite out 4 different one I've tried in the last few years. It's design is very nice with its rounded edges fits in my hand great (not like a ton of rocks in my bag) Great value for the money. It just got it today and it was fully charged and charged my tablet in no time. It's has 3 light settings (flashlight, SOS, and strobe light . Nice and bright. No cords connected to it to get tangled or twisted. I will update on quality and durability after my trip. Which I way I got it. My teenager got my old one.

I love this charger! I am always on the go and I needed a portable charger that is long lasting and this was perfect, it’s easy to use and Durable Downside it’s heavy and if it’s not charged prior to heading out it won’t charger unless with direct sunlight so I usually charge it overnight and then in my day to day I charge my items and it’s compatible with all chargers The flash light comes in handy especially when you can’t find anything in your bag or in the dark!

I have several brands of these and two older models of this one. These are great to have on hand. Great value for the money, too. We used them intermittently for charging phones using the solar. During this recent ice storm on Jan 25, 26 we actually relied on these for six full days. They worked great at charging our cells and our tablets without needing to be recharged. One charger did all the work and still had charge left to it with four blue lights blinking. invaluable item to keep on hand. Seems durable enough. No issues with it. Highly recommend. We wouldn't be without one of these anymore. Hence, we bought two more.

This power bank chargers really fast and the flash light is really bright. I haven’t used the Solar panel because I bought it for emergencies but having it is just convenient!
