Good enough
I made japchae using this glass noodles by following a recipe from YouTube. The noodles don't break apart easily so I had to use scissors and cut them. Smooth and rubbery. Japchae tasted a bit bland for my taste. For overall, it's scrumptious and healthy. Don't buy these noodles if not for making japchae.

Completely Disappointed
Worst product. It taste like a plastic noodles. I cooked more than 20mins still it is saggy like plastic can't chew at all. I feel like not safe to eat adults or kids.

I think all the urban platter's healthy range is great. These were good too for chinese style noodles or chowmien and pasta as well.
