My daughter has been on her lap-top A LOT this summer, so much so that her neck was starting to hurt a lot. She knew the problem was the angle because she was using her computer while sitting on the sofa, but the pillows she tried to stack up were wobbly and the laptop kept sliding off. This cushioned lap desk was the perfect solution: it has enough texture to keep the laptop from sliding, it is extremely stable, and it allows her to move her legs around as she pleases. The surface area is large enough that she can put the laptop, her phone, and her mouse on it without it being crowded, and her shoulders and arms can be comfortable either propped on the arms or dropped down at her sides. The whole thing takes up as much space as one of the wooden or metal ones would, but the legs of the wood and metal ones we have tried tend to slip down into the gaps between the cushions causing the whole thing to tilt, or the slick surfaces are too slippery. This lap desk stay stable and has enough grip to keep the things on it from sliding. It came with a separate cushion with two cupholders molded into it, which has been extremely useful to her as well, though it doesn't attach to the lap desk. The material is a neutral grey that works with our colors, the fabric is very soft, almost velvety. The cover can be unzipped and removed for washing, though we haven't washed it yet. No more neck ache, my kid is comfy during her gaming sessions and her supplies no longer go tipping and falling and sliding away! This works for us in a way the traditional lap desk with legs or the small ones would not.

This soft lap desk worked out great for my needs. It came in quick and expanded right after taking it out of the package. No issues with quality or shape. It was exactly what I needed. Color and fabric seem good and it’s soft but firm so I’m sure I will be able to use it for any other needs in future.

I actually have mixed feelings about this product. It is a great product idea and it's actually perfect in it's function; it's stiff enough to hold the weight of your arms, items like your notebook, remotes, phone and stuff. But after a few days as it expands from the shrink packaging, you realize it's pretty big. The problem from that is how do you store it or put it away when you have company? I believe some reviewer mentioned it also. So keep that in mind when you buy this. Are you okay having that on your couch consuming one whole seat spot even when you are not using it, next to your couch pillows pushed to the side of the couch, etc. It doesn't make your place aesthetically pleasing since there's no great way to put it away. But if you care more on function and don't care about the storage part, it's perfect for a single person or someone like that. Also, the coaster thing is useless if you move a lot on the couch and or get up a lot. Just play it safe and put your drink on a table instead.

It's good! I like it! I journal on my iPad w/ the apple pencil on the couch & on my bed. I also do music too & it's good to have my MacBook on it vs going to the room where my home studio is all the time. However, its a 3 star rating for me on 3/2026, because this isn't worth $65. Lol. If I'd been thinking I wouldn't of paid that much for it. I can see paying $40 w/ some tax, but not $65 w/ tax. That's the only complaint I have. Lol. If I'd paid $40 w/ tax this would get a 5 star rating from me.

Love this! It’s stable and large and comfy. Use it all the time. Be prepared it is large but that’s why I bought it so not a bad thing

I do a lot of reading, and I am on my computer a lot. Both of these activities can be very hard on neck and shoulder muscles, and I was experiencing constant pain. I don't have an actual desk to work from, so I usually sit on the couch to read or use my devices. A chiropractor recommended finding a way to elevate my book or computer so that I'm looking straight at them instead of downward. Your head actually weighs quite a bit, and if you're constantly looking down, that's a lot of weight pulling on those back muscles and tendons. I looked at quite a few options, but I liked this one best for a number of reasons. I like the way it's constructed, and I like that it comes with a separate piece with cupholders. It does take up a bit of space, but another nice thing about that separate piece is that you can turn it upside down and put it on your lap, basically using it as a smaller version of the main piece. This is perfect for traveling in the car, where the actual portable desk would be too bulky. I am just so pleased with this purchase. I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to alleviate muscle strain. It would also work really well for people who are bedridden. It works much like a "breakfast in bed" tray.

Just no. This lap desk pillow is not as advertised. When it first arrived, it seemed promising. But immediately after we took it out of the packaging, the pillow was missing the foam in both sides of the arm rests. We tried fluffing it out and letting it rise on its own for 48hrs in hopes it would work itself out, but it didn’t. Not only is half the desk pillow unusable, the measurements are misleading. It’s not as tall as stated and very narrow. For the price, I expected better. $60 wasted. Pass on this one.

Zipper broke off trying to take it off to clean cover, they don’t sell replacement covers. So if you buy never clean it because if zipper breaks you pretty much threw money away Company does not respond any questions in Q&A Don’t buy unless you want to add garbage to your local dump

I was excited to receive this because the photos make it look very sturdy and supportive. Unfortunately, the product I received does not match the quality shown in the listing. The foam does not feel like real memory foam and collapses easily. The top surface wrinkles and sinks instead of staying flat, so it doesn’t properly support a laptop or book. The side armrest and cup holder section also feels under-filled and unstable. Overall it feels more like a soft pillow than a structured lap desk. If you’re looking for something sturdy like the product photos suggest, this may be disappointing. The concept is great, but the quality and firmness are not what I expected based on the description and images.

Fantastic for couch gaming. I started so I could couch sit with my dogs and otger animals . It’s perfect. Foam I don’t think is memory foam but it’s firm. Allows me to sit more comfortable and ergonomically as I’m Not leaning forward. Better for my shoulder injuries/carpel tunnel as my wrists are straight. The cup holder was an added bonus. Pocket on side for remote or whatever.

The lap cushion is taller than what we needed , it’s good if you sit 90 degrees as it’s a taller cushion but I would prefer it to be a bit shorter. It’s very functional, fits full keyboard and mouse on surface area. Cup & remote cushion works well & has lots of space. Fits 1.5L bottle in holder haha
