I used it twice a day for the first week. As time permitted, I followed the static light session with 10 minutes of the pulse feature. I am now using the RL + IR therapy 2ce a day every other day and I feel wonderful. This is such an incredible technology and I am so grateful I found it. The size is perfect for me. It covers my lower back just fine, but I'm a woman of smaller stature. It's rechargeable which makes it portable. However, there is no low battery warning.
