Works well, like the different strength options. Holds a good amount of water without being too heavy. The power button is in a good place to access when using and you can't see it. The display is clear when setting and charging. The attachments are good and cover all I need in a flosser. I like the different black or white attachments so that there is no mix up if mor than one person wants to use it. Overall very pleased with this and would recommend.

This was purchased as a replacement for an older unit that had failed. It arrived promptly, was well packed and accompanied by a comprehensive user guide. The unit offers a number of different 'pressures', but we have found the medium setting to be the most effective. In use, the device seems to work well. It is not particularly noisy and is easy to operate. There are a couple of minor criticisms: filling the unit is a little fiddly and one is tempted to just remove the water container and fill it directly, rather than using the filling hole. One needs to get used to holding the device correctly as it is otherwise easy to press the settings button while you are using it, with undesired consequences. And the nozzle tends to rotate rather easily in the holder, which can produce unexpected results! However, overall, the unit proves to be very good value for money and, whilst not yet tested, the support arrangements appear to be comprehensive.

Arrived on time and well packaged. This is now the 6th water flosser that I've purchased and the combination of price, warranty, and reviews are the main reasons for this purchase. Features include a weighted ball on the end of the suction tube in the water reservoir and an IPX7 rating which should prevent water entering the flosser. The water pressure appears to be as powerful as the best flosser I've previously used. The addition of a two year warranty is a very useful feature as my last flosser with an IPX7 rating lasted 3 months. The start stop button fell off after a couple of months; prior to that the filler door broke off on this previous flosser. With this Bezvoi flosser having a two year warranty, I feel more confident with this particular product. Early days but so far so good. I am just disappointed that these flossers appear to have common design features that suggests "generic design and manufacture" which, in my experience has led to common recurring faults and this causes the products to be short-lived which unfortunately contributes to landfil. Hopefully this Bezvoi model Y225 will last longer.

My first time trying a water flosser, was a bit unsure due to the price but I love it! Really good item, works great, lots of different settings to choose from, my gums are in better health, large water capacity and when charged lasts for over a week. Defo worth a buy!

I have been using water flossers for about 10 years now and when my favourite finally gave up I began the search for a replacement. The first one did not have a memory and the mode needed to be reset after each press of the on/off button, hardly practical. The next one was OK but the on/off button was a pain to locate (and has been consigned to be the travel flosser) and the final one was also OK but the build quality wasn't too good and it finally gave up after about 8 months. I have eventually found the Bezvoi Y215, the pre-sales support was fantastic (as was the customer support on Amazon), yes it does have a mode memory. The build quality is great and the black version has a semi transparent water reservoir which gives it a good look and feel and is comfortable in the hand. It has the right power settings, the only thing missing is a DIY mode, but the built-in options are just fine for me. Only time will answer the device longevity and battery life questions, but 4 weeks in and it seems to be a great water flosser.

4 Month Review. I've own around 4 flossers before this one, including a travel one. This one is the best, I love how easy it is to detach & reattach the tank, fill it clean it etc, 2 seconds to open/close. My last one would drip for almost 2 minutes after use, around 200 drops. This one drips for less than 5 seconds afterwards. I really like the clean lines and design. If it had a clear tank, it would be nicer, however it is so easy, to separate, clean, fill, empty etc. The modes are also good: soft is soft, medium is hard, hard is hard, another mode is silly, the other is alright. USB-C is another plus. I had given this 5 stars before, but have taken one-off, as it does not warn you when the battery is low, it just dies, so I just charge it every 3- 4 weeks.

I was astounded by the choice of water flossers available but after much research I decided to to choose this one after reading the reviews. When it arrived I read through the instructions and put it on charge, it charged quicker than I expected! I opened all the packets of attachments, and filled the flosser with water. A tip here is to not use cold water straight from the tap used aired water,especially if you have some tooth/gum sensitivity. After a couple of sprays around the bathroom I mastered the knack of using it. The water pressure settings is easy to set and it feels comfortable to use. After use I empty out any remaining water out and rinse to clean out and leave the lid open to dry out naturally. The quality of the flosser seems good but time will tell. But for the price it’s an absolute bargain. Thank you

Having never purchased or used a water flosser previously, I am extremely impressed by the sturdiness and effectiveness of this product especially considering the price of the item compared to similar products. It is too soon to comment on the battery life but it did charge quickly and its cleaning ability and versatility is superb. I am very pleased with my purchase and would genuinely recommend this product to family and friends. A seal on the water tank failed after two months so I got a replacement and then the motor seemed to go to half power after only 2 weeks, so returned and will buy an alternative item as I contacted the manufacturers under their warranty but have not yet received a reply, so getting a refund with Amazon as within the one month return policy. I hope you fair better with the items sent.

Dentists always seem to recommend this type of item. We have them around the house but would prefer that we each have our own. Sort of like having one's own tooth brush. So, I ordered one more. I floss every day and sometimes twice a day. Flossing is good for you but there are times when it just is not enough. So, having a way to wash or flood out the pieces left behind that a string of floss just cannot remove is the best way to get the job done. I tend to floss in the shower so that I can use a lot of water to help flush things out. This is much better and pinpoints exactly where I need it. Comes sealed in a nicely labeled box. Inside are the unit, 8 tips of various types, a charging cord (C type) but no charger. Also is an instruction manual. The case is not clear so you do not see the water level. It has 5 modes, 3 are speed modes and two are different pulse modes. Everything is wrapped in plastic bags and is fully protected. The water pickup inside the handle is quite noisy. The heads plug into the top and swivel. The unit itself is actually quite large. Much larger than the other units in the house. The filler is on the bottom backside and is attached by a hinge so it cannot be lost. So far I am pleased with this one. I just hope that it lasts. Some of the off shore units that we have had over the years have not lasted very long. Time will tell and if it fails I will follow up with an update.

It stopped working after a few uses. The warranty website is not working. The support email is not working. That means there is no warranty. I will try to get my money back through Amazon.

Works great! This has become a regular part of my bedtime routine. It's much more convenient than traditional floss and still gets the gunk out! In the long run, I imagine it saves you money too. The different settings are useful too. If you have sensitive gums like me, "hard" will make you bleed a bit. Soft is gentle enough to be no worry. Also, the tank is just the right size to get my whole mouth without needing to refill. Definitely recommend this product. Excellent quality for the price.

With multiple dental/orthodontic appliances in my home, we rely on a water pick dental irrigator to help maintain everyone's dental hygiene. We have never considered traveling with it though, because it is a fairly large and cumbersome appliance with an unsealed water container. I was excited when I saw this device, as I realized it may actually be possible to take our dental hygiene "on the go"! In fact, we are pretty happy with this device. The main body of the device has an upper section (which includes the pump mechanism and a long suction tube that floats in the water reservoir) and a lower section (which is the water reservoir). The two sections click together easily with a small rotation (though it is comical that the picture on the device - that shows which way is locked vs unlocked - is backwards). The controls are self-explanatory and easy to use. The power behind the water pump seems to be pretty strong, and there are a few different settings based on whether you want it to be on low, medium, high, alternating, or intermittent. The device came with a bunch of oral attachments (more than my traditional water irrigator has). It charges quickly with a USB-C port and there is a large drain on the back to empty the reservoir after use, especially helpful when packing it in a bag for travel. I have not noticed any leaking or condensation from the water reservoir. Overall I am very happy with this and will use it often while on the road.
