Neck size perfect, arms slightly longer than I expected. The shirt comes very very stiff from the factory, would probably feel more comfortable after I've worn it in a few weeks from now. The material is SUPER THICK! For some reason it seems to be an accepted fact that white men's dress shirts are all made stupid thin, and this one is a welcome departure. Honestly, thick enough to forgo an undershirt.
