Great for the gym but be prepared it’s spicy!!!

Be careful! Put together your exercise/nutrition program in AI and it warned me about this. I didn't listen. Great stimulant, crashed hard for 3 days because I let the sympahetic nervous system load (in a stack with fasting, intense workout, sleep deprivation was biggest contributor) build up and this suplement is what put me over. Take in half doses, don't be cavalier when your body is signaling for rest over a 10 day push. There's a bunch of stims like this for pre workout, weight loss, and gaming. All in the same category. Learn about Sympathenic(focus-fight-flight-action)/Parasympathetic(rest & digest aka recovery) of the autonomic nervous system, sympathetic load (fight or flight adrenal fatigue) and use responsibly. Very powerful. Taking a couple week break then I'll start using more moderately.

I opened it and took a big sniff and ended up with some of the powder in my nose. Ouch! Don’t snort this stuff! Haha. The taste is hard to describe.. it’s mango but with a kick at the end. It is spicy. If you don’t like spice you will not like this. It has a good amount of caffeine but I did not feel jittery from the recommended serving size (one scoop). It has some good vitamins in it. I am not convinced that it will help you lose weight but it does give you energy. I don’t think I will reorder though because I did not like the taste very well.

I base my Fat Burning Cycle on a foundation of Yohimbine. This compliments the Yohimbine nicely. This is a great morning product that sets the tone for eating and training later in the day. Or, right before fasted cardio, which works best for me. Main objective: Lean & Mean

It is kinda difficult to prepare as the powder is too thin it irritates nose and throat before you can get to the spoon. Taste is not good, as well. But, it does speed metabolism.

I selected the Spicy Rira flavor and really like it.I can't really tell if it helps burn but I think it provides some extra energy and motivation so that can help burn fat.It does seem pretty expensive ($40 at this time) compared to other similar products but might be a good choice if the offer discounts.
