It makes you relax, calm and sleepy that you want to go to bed. If you have kids who goes to bed late then would recommend please take them just before going to sleep.

I've taken this blend before from a different supplier and had great results, but unfortunately this blend hasn't had the same effect. Take 2 tablets a day but haven't noticed the same effect as others. Given 3 stars as there may be other reasons why these didn't have the same effect.

Definitely improves circulation.
This definitely gives you a boost. I wouldn't say I felt a huge difference in energy levels but more a warm tingle all over I do think it improved my Raynauds symptoms. However I had trouble sleeping and went back to taking Ginko only. Everyone is different and I would recommend giving it a try if you suffer from Raynauds.
