Great product. I bought this helmet for my granddaughter who is autistic and suffers with occasional meltdowns and she was hurting herself by punching her head. This has been a blessing be cause she has finally about stopped. It fits perfectly, youth to adult sized and its sturdy and worth every penny.

I bought this for my 4-year-old autistic son, who sometimes bangs his head, and it has been very helpful. It gives me peace of mind knowing he has extra protection. The dinosaur design caught his attention, which helps, and it’s soft and comfortable with good thickness—not too bulky but still protective. The quality feels durable, and overall, it’s a good value for money. He doesn’t wear it all the time yet, but he sometimes takes it off, and I believe he’ll get used to it over time. It definitely serves its purpose, and I’d recommend it to other parents in similar situations.

I purchased this for a little boy with autism. He hits his head on the wall. This product was awesome at protecting his head when he had episodes. He didn't seem to mind it on his head. It fit comfortably.

Yes but they still sent me the one that is way to big so I am gonna a send both helmets back and see what size I need to get I don't know if you have different or a medium the two that was sent is way to big but love the design and style so I will be sending. Them back soon

I bought this helmet for my 12 year old son who is level 3 nonverbal autistic and experiences self injurious behavior. It’s soft, with slightly thinner padding, but seems like it would absorb some decent hits. It fits him well. Unfortunately, even with the chin strap, he is able to slide it right off of his head. Granted, I am not putting it so tight that it would make him uncomfortable, but still. I’d say it’s worth a shot if you’re in the same position as us and desperate for some sort of head protection but can’t/don’t want to go through insurance.
