The pitcher arrived promptly and in good condition, as most Amazon products do, but after less than ten uses it was destroyed from the inside. According to the seller, it is the user's fault if that occurs, even though there is no information on their sales page regarding the products inability to hold anything other than tap water. After repeated exchanges with the help of Amazon (the seller ignored several of my messages), the company entered into communication with me again, but once again blamed the user, rather than admitting the fault in their own advertisement. To this point, they have yet to actually inform prospective customers and will not offer refunds even though they are legally obligated to, since their product is functionally defective due to their own inability to communicate what can and cannot be done with the pitcher. Not only can I not recommend the pitcher since it was destroyed while only being used seldomly. I cannot recommend the seller because they are unwilling to admit any fault in their business practices. I will not shop from them again. I've been in contact with Stelton and they have offered to assist me in reclaiming my product. They are a great and reliable company, even if sellers like these seek to besmirch their name. I urge you to avoid this seller, even if it's for a great product from a good manufacturer.

Ich hate zweimal diesen Krug gekauft. Schon beim ersten ging der Lack an der Unterseite und an der oberen Kante ab. Nach den ersten abgeblätterten Stellen hat sich der Lack sehr schnell immer mehr gelöst. Das habe ich bei der ersten Kanne darauf zurück geführt, dass ich bei der Reinigung den Küchenschwamm auch mit der rauen Seite benutzt habe. Deshalb habe ich eine zweite Kanne gekauft. Nun platzt auch hier der Lack ab, obwohl ich mit der Reinigung extrem vorsichtig war. Da der Lack zuletzt sogar auf der Innenseite bröckelte, möchte nichts mehr daraus trinken.

Sehr schön aber sehr sensible Emmalie.

Die Kanne besticht durch ihr schönes Design, ist jedoch absolut geruchsuntauglich. Nach bereits 6 Monaten hat sich die Beschichtung im inneren der Kanne gelöst und das obwohl wir sie immer nur mit Wasser gefüllt haben.
