I’m not used to a supplement having noticeable effects. After only 3 days, I could actually read my phone screen without glasses. It’s been about 5-6 days now. I have dry eyes post-PRK (2 years ago) and presbyopia that seemed to be getting significantly worse. Eye drops didn’t make my vision any better, but these have. With the results coming so quickly, it must have been due to dryness. I still need my glasses of course, but no longer just to read a text (or write this review). I can actually produce enough tears to keep my eyes moist. I literally could not make out the words on my phone up to a week ago, and now I can. This is an amazing product, so happy I found it.

I started taking Blink supplements about a year ago and the improvement in my dry eye symptoms is really incredible. I noticed it working within the first few weeks but waited for awhile to review it to make sure it continued working (and it has). I have MGD and this is the only product that has ever helped. I've tried expensive treatments like LipiFlow and IPL. Those were honestly just a waste of money. But Blink has reduced eye redness for me by about 95%, and dryness by probably 80%. My eyes had gotten so bad before I tried Blink that I had to use Lumify so I didn't look like I had a problem since my eyes were red almost every day. But I haven't had to use that since starting with this Blink supplement. The dryness in my eyes has also noticeably decreased. It used to be very painful to open my eyes in the morning but now I just use gel drops at night and some freshening drops in the morning and I'm good all day long and mornings aren't painful for my eyes anymore. I know my eyes will never be perfect because of MGD, but I'm so happy that I found Blink. It's the first product that has actually treated the underlying issue and made a massive improvement in my eye health. I'm very grateful that it's on the market and I don't care about the price (which is by the way, minimal compared to the other treatments I've tried).

I was a little doubtful when my optometrist suggested this supplement. I’ve taken leutine and fish oil for years. I was pleasantly surprised when this supplement actually helps my dry eye symptoms! It especially helps with morning eye dryness. I had to stop it for a few days for some lab work and my symptoms returned, now gone again when resumed the supplement! I’m a believer :-)

I bought this supplement for my husband. He took these pills for a while and said that he is not sure that they are working for him. But I could see that it is easier for him to read for a long time and watch TV. Then he decided that this stuff is not working and stopped taking these pills. After a couple of days, he was surprised that his eyes feel very dry again and asked me for another bottle. Now he is taking them without skipping a day. I gave it a 4 star for the wasteful packaging. The bottle is only 1/3 full. They could definitely get the same quantity in a bottle that's half the size. or put more pills at the same bottle. It would help the company to save on shipping as well.

Ever since LASIK surgery 20 years ago, my eyes have been very dry. Recently, my eye doctor suggested expensive fish oil supplements. They did nothing. I saw an ad for Blink and thought I’d try them. After taking them ONCE, my eyes felt better. I couldn’t believe it. They’re life-changing for me. My only complaint is how large the bottle is.

they worked for my dry eyes but really upset my stomach and cause "heavy Italian seasoning tastes" burps. I can handle the burps but the stomach issues (diarrhea at all hours of the night and cramps) have caused me to stop taking this product. I was taking them with a full meal and glass of water. If you are lucky enough to not have these side effects, then get you some....they work. I tried to start taking again but side effects came again. Plus....what the heck is up with the 50 count bottle only 25% full....must be a marketing gimmick. its a great product for people who do not get the side effects.

I have tired so many drops and adding vitamins to my routine to help with my dry eyes. These are awesome. It hasn't kept me from having my days but they have helped minimize how many days my eyes act up. Ive already purchased my second bottle but noticed a difference with in 2-3 weeks. Very happy I found these!

The product says to expect to see improvement by 4 weeks. My eyes felt better within a few days. I felt wetness around the edges of my eyes. I NEVER get that without drops. Is it this product? That's the only thing that has changed, so what else could it be? I'll try to report back after 4 weeks with an update, but so far, so good. I'd give the product 5 stars, but the price for 50 tablets is a bit steep. If the price was $15, this would be a 5 star product. I will say I currently use two different lubricating eye drops. If I can do away with those drops because of this product, that will make this a better bargain. 2 week update: It’s been just over two weeks since I started using this product. I’m simply amazed at how good it is. I have suffered from extremely dry, itchy, red eyes for at least 2 years. I was using moisturizing drops 6+ times per day. Now, I use drops to supplement maybe once per day if I’m on the computer for long hours. The savings in not having to buy so many eye drops offsets the approximately 50 cents per pill. I know companies gouge when they have a winning product. I’m just glad I can afford this one.

Didn't feel any improvement after taking this. Quite disappointed.
