Nabance Inkless Paw Print Kit for Dogs Cat, Mess-Free Pet Paw & Nose Print

Many, many animals go through my house, some that stay part of my family and some I just foster and find a home for, and I decided to start taking paw prints of all the animals that impact my life. For my current family pets, I wanted paw prints from when they are alive, not just the paw prints that vets usually take after euthanasia. I wanted a LIVING representation of the animals I love, and I plan to turn it into a tattoo collage of paw prints on my leg. This kit is easy to use though it takes a little finagling and getting used to. I found that if you hold your pets paw against it, it doesn’t come out as clear as we put more pressure on the fur between toe pads. It’s easiest if you can get your pet to stand on the ink pad so their natural weight goes on their toe pads. In my picture, the ones with red arrows pointing at them are when I coerced my pets to stand on it. Percy is an 8 lb dog, Wednesday is a 5 lb cat, and Grog is a 60 lb dog. I also have a 100 lb dog but her paws are too big for this kit. I’d say this is good for 60 lb dogs or less, MAYBE heavier but it depends on the size of your dog’s paws. The ink pad is SMALLER than the pages given! So don’t look at the page and think it can fit the paw of a giant dog. Clearly it does better with more weight, so lighter animals paws won’t show up as well. You can get multiple uses out of one ink pad, but basically the ink is evenly spread on a thin plastic sheet reminiscent of cling wrap. So when you take a paw print, ink comes off. I’m including a picture to show how you can see the ink after taking a paw print. Honestly, this is pretty good at taking paw prints. It’s not great, but I’m still giving this product 5 stars for now as I haven’t tried other products to compare it to and it got the job done! I can always have the tattoo artist modify light paw prints to make them higher contrast and remove fur between toe pads if I want. Very happy with my purchase.

My cat was dying and we knew the end was near. I got these and found them very easy to use and nice. My cat did not mind it as it did not get ink on his paws. I was able to capture his paw prints before he died. It was very appropriately sized for a child's foot print or animal pawprint. It was enough to capture two of his little paws on a card. The quality was good and worth the money to capture the memory

Great little kit for making a paw print. Totally mess free. Gave me such a nice print that I will be able to take it to a tattoo shop and have them use it for the design I want to create.

I had to say goodbye to my bearded dragon and previously it's been hard to get ink prints on my previous bearded dragons because ink doesn't stick to scales very well. This worked perfectly and I was able to get good prints of his beard and feet and am very grateful I get to keep apart of him. I will say the ink pads are a little small and I wasn't able to get a good tail print but I still feel it is worth getting any momento.

These are small but work good. I got these for my mouse but she wasn’t heavy enough to get a full print when walking over it! Still adorable!

I bought this product to get my dog’s paw print for christmas cards without the mess. Is it easier to use than regular ink? YES! Does it dry like they said in “about two hours”? ABSOLUTELY NOT. It’s now been almost 24 hours since I made the prints and they are still not completely dry. You do get multiple uses out of just one of the ink pads, so that is a bonus. But, the dry time is totally misleading. All in all, if you’re not on a time crunch and you have a stubborn pup, then they are worth the money. I will probably invest in some clear coat spray to make sure the ink doesn’t transfer.

I love these! They are perfect for getting my fur-babies prints for Father’s Day card signed! The perfect size! I wish there were more ink pads since my Maine coons weren’t the most cooperative, but you can use each pad more than once and they work beautifully :). Well worth the money! The color is great but it does smudge so make sure to spray some hair spray over it when you’re done to make sure it stays put. Then it should last forever.
