I wanted to try bovine colostrum Because I keep hearing about all these health benefits and weight loss and I wanted to give it a shot this is the second one I've purchased I waited to give a review after I went through the first 1. I can't say that I've had any weight loss or anything like that but I've had had some issues with gut and this seems to help those issues some. I like the fact of knowing that it hasn't mean I'll ask it and not always good for your body and it has some anti microbial properties in it as well so that's always good for your body. It has 0 flavor at all you could mix it into a little water. Sometimes I just add it into 4 oz of water in a water bottle and I just shake it and drink it and have has 0 issues other times I'll mix it into yogurt and mixes and just fine there's no weird taste after taste or smell. It is kind of pricey but compared to other competitors it's relatively around the same price. Since Gut health is so important for your body it is worth it to add some health benefits if you can't do it everyday maybe every other day just get it in your system in my opinion. The scoop is small so it's not like you have to try to mix a huge amount and 2 water or something so that parts nice as well. The container's smaller than you think it would be but the scoop is small you don't need a whole lot.
