I recently tried the Pickleball Effect Tungsten Weighted Tape, and I must say, it's a game changer! This tape is a fantastic non-toxic alternative to traditional lead tapes. Not only is it safer due to its non-toxic properties, but it also performs exceptionally well. The tungsten weight distribution is perfect for enhancing the balance and swing weight of my pickleball paddle, allowing for more precise and controlled shots. The tape adheres securely to the paddle and stays in place throughout intense games, showing no signs of peeling or shifting. I've noticed a significant improvement in my play, with increased power and accuracy in my strokes. The peace of mind knowing that I'm using an environmentally friendly and health-conscious product makes this tape an absolute winner. Highly recommend this tungsten weighted tape to anyone looking to upgrade their equipment without compromising on safety and performance!

Sticks well and consistent weight. Easy to apply to customize the feel and balance of my pickleball paddle. Sticks well and seems durable. No lead, making it safe to handle in all conditions.

Really like the thickness & how tacky it sticks to the paddle. A bit pricey but better than the lead tape.

Works as it should, & as stated in listing. Easy to apply, peal & stick, bendable and cuts with any scissor. Applied to bottom half of paddle for control, as seen on back of packaging. Used lighter tape for my wife's and a bit heavier for mine. Also can cut to desired length, other brands come in precut segments. Very happy with product.

The tape works well enough for its intended purpose, and the weight/inch is accurate as labeled. If you are looking to avoid potential lead toxicity, this is a good alternative but at a higher price point. Of note, this is much cheaper than the Selkirk variety in terms of dollar/gram. As of this writing, this product is one of only a handful that uses tungsten for this purpose, which is why it commands the price it does. Whether the value is there or not is up to you. Ultimately, this product does not provide enough value for me to justify the price, since I use electrical tape to cover the weighted tape anyways.

Excellent alternative to lead tape

Best paddle weight out there! Allows me to customize and tinker with setups easily. Has a much more premium look and feel to it compared to traditional lead tapes that I’ve had previously. Great price, has last me quite awhile.

This weighted tape is super easy to use. The design is great as you measure it out either by the inch or half inch and you know how much weight you are adding. It is easy to apply and sticks very well. It raises the quality of your game and paddle by helping it feel better in your hand. The size is weighted by the half inch or by the inch depending on the size you want and how custom you want things to be. It is safer than using lead tape. If I run out I will by more to use on future paddles.

I switched to this tungsten tape from the traditional 3 gram lead tape strips. I like the lower density allowing more coverage with no gaps, ensuring less concentrated weight distribution. Paddle feels great now. Highly recommend!

This must have been my 4th or 5th purchase for the tungsten tape from Pickleball effect. - Love the 0.5 gram tape, it allows you to make smaller adjustments to the weight that the 1 gram tape does not allow you - The new packaging is so good because the bag is resealable so the content wont be all over your bag. Definitely an upgrade over the original packaging

Works very well in weighting a various paddles I have. It sticks to the paddle well and doesn’t need to be covered with tape like lead weights do. I also like that it’s lighter per inch so I have more granular control of how much weight I want to use.

Excellent but leaves significant residue on removal which only comes off with soaking in isopropyl alcohol. A quick fix is to apply electrical tape underneath/between the tungsten and the paddle edge-guard for easy removal/modification.

This is better than the “lead” tape. Works as claimed.
