Great balsamic option
I love balsamic but if you are not willing to spend double or triple this one works out great. It is thinner than the more expensive ones but it is still sweet. Perhaps not as distinct but it sure works for my balsamic needs.

So high quality!
I immediately had a salad ready in preparation for this vinegar. It’s silky and viscous! The flavor is smooth, slightly sweet with that nice vinegar punch. I don’t actually know how I can live without this now.
