Best knife you can buy. Hold an edge extremely good and stays sharp for extended periods of time. They are pricey but you pay for quality. My buds bought one last year and we filleted over a 100 salmon and was as sharp as when he first used out of the box. Extremely impressed. Worth every penny.

Das ist ein Messer!
Eins der besten Messer für die Küche, für Fisch oder Fleisch, im Notfall, auch für Gemüse. Sehr sehr, sehr scharf und schneidfreudig, aber auch kein Wunder bei diesem Stahl. Der Verkäufer hat das Messer bestens verpackt, sehr schnell geliefert. Ich bin mehr als zufrieden!
