After using the Anker Power Bank 20,000mAh with the built-in USB-C cable, I found it to be an excellent choice for reliable portable power. This power bank has been one of the best purchases I've made. I originally bought it for backpacking the Devils Dome Loop Trail so I could keep my phone and headlamp charged, and it worked flawlessly throughout the trip. After using it in the backcountry, it quickly became something I carry with me every day. My iPhone 13's battery isn't what it used to be, so it's nice to have a reliable way to top it off whenever I need to. It's also been great for my camera gear. I regularly use it to charge my GoPro and Canon camera batteries, making it a great addition to my photography kit as well as my hiking gear. One feature I really appreciate is how quickly it charges both itself and my devices. The built-in USB-C cable is also incredibly convenient since it's one less cable I have to remember to pack. Great power bank. Able to charge my phone several times. And charges my stuff fast. A little heavy but it’s 20,000 mAh so it’s expected. Took to Italy with me last year. Great to have on hand on the move. Decent size slight bulky but I wanted the higher mAh.

Took this on a work trip and used it almost daily to top off my phone battery. Really, really excellent purchase, couldn't be happier. Charges fast and as large as its capacity is, I wasn't feeling like I had to recharge it all the time. No complaints, basically exactly what I needed. I guess I wish it was a little smaller to be more "pocketable" but that's just basic physics, I think for a battery this capacity you basically can't make it any smaller.

The Power bank is optimal. Took this on vacation with the family and it can charge four Flagship phones with Ultra Fast charging with power left to spare. It's just under the TSA limit for maximum power. I liked it so much I ended up buying two of them. The family loves the thing and someone always tends to have one on the go. The built-in cable is nice so you don't need to carry extra cables for single usage. Downside, it's a bit heavy but that expected considering how over-spec'd it is.

I am rewriting my review. I initially was very upset because it didn’t come with a charger and was not fully charged but Anker’s customer service contacted me and moved heaven and Earth to make me happy. Customer service is very important to me and they made up for my dissatisfaction in ways I found surprising these days and it made me very happy. Because of their help I tried the product and it actually performed well. It held its charge in storage and charged my phone very quickly and has room to charge my iPad. Use a fast cube to recharge it and that makes up for the slow charging people complain of here. Be sure you see that charger cube is sold separately or that you have to purchase separately and that seems to be the case across most all chargers now. Yes it’s very heavy but it did its job and was worth keeping in the end. Thank you Anker for restoring my faith in corporation customer service.

Great power bank. I have already been using it for basically a year without issues. It is big enough to maintain even my laptop for an hour when needed, but still small enough that it is allowed in my bag during flights. A tip if you are charging something using low voltage and see the charge stops after a minute: Double press the big button on the power bank to put in in "low voltage charging" mode. You will notice a green leaf in the screen. Basically, some power banks don't fully detect the request for energy from small devices that use low charging rates. You need to enable it for those. Ps: the power bank itself is quite heavy

I had the Anker Power Bank 5,000mAh size but it simply did not consistently supply enough power to charge my Pixel 9 Pro to 80% from 10-20%. I've only had the 20,000mAh Power Bank for a few days, but it already only used 16% of its stored power to charge my Pixel to 80% from 25%. And it did it quickly - maybe 30 min. to 45 min. using the built in cable. Remarkable! This unit is not light but still it fits a man's pants pocket along with the phone it is charging. It should be very useful for upcoming trips. The digital readout on its stored power is excellent. The unit can take some time to charge fully from being low, depending on the source. So far, I'm pleased with it. It should provide a good level of confidence while away from power outlets for my active cell phone usage.

UPDATED REVIEW: Turns out I was using a charger which did not provide enough input for it to charge quickly. Turns out my charger provided 65W output only to my phone. If I charged with other devices, it was only 10W power source. That is why it took so long It is clear to me from this that the customer support is not trained or does not know how the product functions. Customer service I will give a 0/5. They do not help you or provide any advice. They keep delaying replying. They will only tell they will help you to replace it and dont reply after that. The customer service reps should be trained on the product Coming to the product it is excellent. - I bought a 65Watt PD charger and it went from 24% to 100% in 45 minutes. Excellent stuff. Fast charging is very useful for me when I am hiking and get power sources sparingly like once in 2 days and I don't have to spend 7-8 hours in a hotel for charging the powerbank lol - It charged my laptop from 50% to 94% in 48 minutes I am very happy with Anker powerbank. For the product I give it a 5/5. I am very disappointed with the customer support which is a 0/5 OLD REVIEW(1/5): This power bank does not keep its promises The description page says it charges in 1.5 hour with a 65W charger Reality: It took 6-7 hours for it to charge And the support is the worst They ask for details and they say they will replace and after 2 days they keep asking for invoice or they don't reply at all I had to waste another 30 minutes with Amazon support to get back my refund I am not going to buy an Anker product again and I would suggest you to do the same They are full of misleading advertising and incompetent support
