I am very pale and very cool toned. I have honestly struggled and purchased so many foundations only to discover they are truly too dark for me. I found a pale enough foundation but then it was too full coverage and oxidized oddly. Enter the Skin Silk Serum foundation - perfect light to medium coverage. I get light coverage, but buildable to medium. It is light, almost a skin tint serum if applied lightly, but a medium coverage foundation if applied heavier or two layers. I’m no expert with blending, but in my limited experience it blends superbly. It is so lightweight I don’t feel it, and a near perfect match to my skin. I am so pleased - and such a great value too, it won’t break the bank!

I am 44 years old so I have mature skin and this foundation is amazing for that. I love to have a glow finished and this is perfect. It gives a light to medium cover coverage, but is buildable. This is an amazing value in my opinion.

Title: Natural finish with good everyday wear I got this because I wanted a foundation that looked smooth and natural while still giving some buildable coverage. Bottom line: The longevity is good for everyday use, especially with light powder or setting spray. It gives a soft satin finish that wears comfortably for several hours without looking too heavy. Coverage: The coverage is buildable. One layer gives a more natural, light-to-medium look, and a second layer can help even out redness or discoloration without becoming too cakey. Value for the money: I think the value is good because it gives a nice finish, comfortable wear, and flexible coverage at a reasonable price compared with many higher-end foundations. What I liked: Smooth satin finish. Comfortable and hydrating feel. Buildable coverage. Good for natural everyday makeup. Solid value for the price. What could be better: It may need touch-ups on oily areas later in the day. It is not the most heavy-duty long-wear foundation for heat or humidity. Details that may help other buyers: This works best if your skin is prepped well and you set it lightly. It is better for a natural radiant look than a flat matte full-coverage look. Final verdict: Overall, it has good longevity for everyday wear, nice buildable coverage, and strong value for the money.

OBSESSED!! This is my new favorite foundation. It looks amazing paired with skincare products, and provides a beautiful glow, is not greasy, very light, and is one of the best foundations compared to any of my high end ones. Wore this for thanksgiving dinner and lasted me around 8+ hours ( I didn’t even want to take it off, because it was that beautiful.) Blended super well with beauty blender or brush, and did not move around when I applied other cream products on top. Wonderful foundation overall, definitely recommend!

Have repurchased several times. I am fair (F2). I like my everyday makup to be quick, easy, and pretty natural. I have normal skin and am able to apply and blend this with my (clean) fingers so easily. The finish is natural, I only powder my eye area so that the added concealer doesn't crease too much, but on days when I can't be bothered with the added 22 seconds powdering takes, it wears fine. I just tap out any migrating product a couple of times during the day. I don't know that this is your best fit if you are on the oily end of the spectrum, or looking for a high coverage foundation. It has a good amount of moisture and slip that helps this middle aged mug cheat a few years younger, or at least not look quite as tired as I really am.

Don’t be deceived by the thin texture of this foundation! The coverage is amazing…light, moisturizing and completely evens out skin tone like magic! I will definitely be ordering again!

I wanted to love this but I don’t, or it doesn’t love me, I’m not sure which. I’m usually a medium coverage girly and this is just not it. When I would try to build it up, it separated throughout the day making for a dry/messy makeup look. I did love the consistency of the formula and the ease of application, though. It just wasn’t great for my fair, combination skin.

I did enjoy this foundation. I thought it went on the skin nicely. It had a natural finish and did not dry out the skin. However, it does oxidize a good amount, so keep it in mind when shade matching.

Ladies this is a must have for the makeup bag. It glides on with ease and makes the skin look so hydrated and smooth. Even with my textured skin it looks very good. I started off with a shade too light so I’ve been working my way from F5. I have an olive tone and some pigmentation. I think I’m at F7 now.

Fond de teint couvrance légère mais très lumineux et agréable ! Ça fond commenune crème de jour. Au top!

Commandé 2 fois en 2 teintes différentes. Après l’avoir tester malgré que la couleur ne convienne absolument pas (photo non représentative de la couleur) la texture et l’odeur sont cependant sympas. Dommage que je ne puisse pas utiliser le produit car beaucoup mais vraiment beaucoup trop foncé pour moi.

Ich war lange auf der Suche nach einem Makeup, das nicht maskenhaft wirkt, das sich leicht auftragen lässt und nicht mit Puder abgedeckt werden muss. Diese Doppelschichten fühlen sich für mich immer so an, als würde meine Haut darunter ersticken. Das Makeup von Revolution ist für mich ein absolutes Highlight! Es lässt sich super einfach auftragen und verteilen und man hat sofort einen ebenmäßigen Teint ohne Ränder oder unangenehmen Rückständen in kleinen Fältchen. Die Deckkraft ist auch sehr gut, aber eben nicht maskenhaft (ich neige zu Rötungen, die das Makeup zu 100% abdeckt). Und es lässt sich tagsüber ganz einfach auffrischen. Ich bin absolut begeistert und verwende seit Monaten nur noch dieses Makeup. Für mich eine Kaufempfehlung, wer nach etwas Leichtem sucht, das vollkommen unkompliziert zu Handhaben ist... ❤️
