I have a 2015 4 door Rubicon, will this kit fit it? It says that it won't I don't see the difference from older models, help!!

Does this come with the track bar with the track bar relocation bracket?

Mine did not come with a track bar, only the relocation bracket for the rear. However, even with that, I had to buy an adjustable track bar for the front and rear to re-center the body over the frame. I also bought new front lower control arms to address the wandering/squirrelly feeling from the steering on the highway. Oh, and don’t forget the exhaust extension, it’s a small insert to make sure your exhaust doesn’t get hit by the front drive shaft. 2015 JKU Sahara.

Will this kit level my 2013 4-dr?  Or do i need an additional leveling kit?

First I would say this is a lift kit not a leveling kit. Actually Part title for this item should be "JK 4 Door 2.5" Lift Kit w/ 9550 Shocks". If you are only looking for a leveling kit I would recommend you trying Teraflex part number 1155200. Question 4

Will this 2.5" kit and 35" tires perform well on the highway without upgrading the control arms or front track bar? Any steering geometry issues?

I'm not sure about 35" tires, but I did this lift on a 2010 jk with 33" tires.  I did add the teraflex adjustable front track bar.  It did a good job centering the body over the front axel.  It rides and drives better than stock. It's good on the highway and just had it off-road, did great. You should also think about upgrading your steering stabilizer.  And obviously get an alignment when your done with the lift and tires.  Honestly as much as I wanted 35's I'm glad I did 33's.  It's my daily driver and the 35's open a whole other set of expensive concerns aka gearing.
