Not fit for use in the UK :(
This rice cooker is not intended for use in the UK! It uses an American plug and when we tried to plug it into the wall it shorted the circuit breaker. It's too bad, I was looking forward to using this rice cooker :(.

Its for USA and CANADA use. Different voltage from UK use.
It should be much clear usage voltage! Especially it is on amazon UK, not amazon USA. Now we need to look for the transformer....

Fantastic for Sushi rice
Superb sushi maker. When they say to by a Zojirushi there is a reason why. It's expensive, but I finally succeed making sushi rice using this. I had the less expensive Zojirushi rice cooker "No frills" model for 25 years. This was well worth the upgrade. It's easier to cook with, a bit slower, but the results are amazing and simple. The cleanup is easy with a nice nonstick pot design that is easy to read. In general a game changer for cooking rice, why did I wait so long...

Easy to use and great results.
This is a great rice cooker and very forgiving if you are not sure exactly how much water to add because the rice cooking directions vary from what the machine suggests. It seems to adjust and the rice comes out perfectly. Very easy to use and great results.

Great service
I live in Spain and was looking for a trustworthy brand so I purchased this zojirushi. (For reference it is an American plug but they provide a converter) Unfortunately the product wouldn't work for me and I had some difficulties but the seller was very helpful throughout the process! In the end I had to return the product but the seller provided great service throughout :)
