Very sturdy and works the whole body

Holy smokes that's tight!
Love the durability of the stepper. The height is good and the tension of the steps is even better. I just got this today and in the few minutes of testing it out I feel the burn!! Yessah! Very good buy, seems very durable. And with the right effort on my part I should be working it out. Let me test it out further and get back. Aloha

Totally Works!
I am amazed by this step machine! I'm athletic and workout about 4-5 days a week. I work from home and don't like being stationary throughout the day so I got this step machine to use with my standing desk. The first time I used it, I felt the burn! I sweat with each use and I can feel my glutes, hamstrings, quads, and calf muscles getting worked out and toned. I'm already in great physical condition, but with this stepper I'm going to take it to the next level and I'll be getting paid while I work! I love this thing and am so happy with my purchase. You should get this too if you're anything like me!

Good workout
I had good balance, sturdy and tight cord to promote toning. Can adjust the tightness of the cord to make feet pedals move easier, but not too much. Tension is still there even on a lose cord connection. I felt muscles working and soreness the next day, after one day of use and 2000 steps. I’m excited to add this to my daily exercise regime.
