Any products not to mix this with? I used 2 days in a row and now my cheeks are on fire even with sunscreen.

From what I've experienced, primer makes my skin burn when used on top of this product. I have sensitive skin and was surprised that both the toner and dew drops did not burn until I applied primer. However, this combo of products has become my new go-to primer because it's subtly sticky and my makeup clings nicely to it!

does this product help with dry skin?

while it is a hydrating toner, it should be followed by a moisturizer!!

Is it an overwhelming watermelon smell?

Not too powerful of a watermelon scent
