Wham-O Dyn-O-Glow Glow in The Dark 130 gram Frisbee

I'm pretty old and remember my first original flying saucer Frisbee back when hula hoops were popular in the 60's. Wham-o was the original manufacturer and their Frisbee discs were distinctive. When the patent lapsed and other manufacturers started making flying discs they made improvements and some very competitive products that really grew the sport. But for me the original is what feels "right" for the kind of casual Frisbee play I like.Things I like in this glowing model (the original was called the Moonlighter!) include:+ It glows brightly with just a short amount of bright sunlight (and glows for a while)+ It has ridged rings on the top at the outside edge which I feel help my grip a lot+ It's lighter than the most popular 175g models. Better for bouncing off pavement+ It tends to fly true and hold up well to a beatingI've got no downsides. This isn't the first of this line I've owned and I keep coming back, though I try others too none have fit my kind of play so well. Obviously I'm giving this Frisbee glow model 5 stars. I am and remain thrilled with it.

My border collie is very particular about what flying discs she likes. She's absolutely obsessed with these and prefers them over the professional dog discs. I actually bought three so we have backups. This disc flys great, nice and straight. The plastic is a nice texture, on the softer side, yet durable. I'd recommend it for human use too. :)

Awesomest frisbee ever. We used to have one but we lost it. Dad wanted a new one. He loves to take a camera flash and charge up the frisbee with it because then it glows insanely bright. You too should buy one and try this because it is hella fun. Then go outside and play with it because you will have a magnificent time. If you are not the outdoorsy type, just go to the bathroom with it and a camera flash and bask in the glow of it.

This is a nice Frisbee. It is not too heavy, nor too light. The size is nice and it is fairly easy to throw. It is a little small to play ultimate with, but they make better discs for that anyways.I did notice that being the color that it is, it tends to show dirt quite easily. This is really not a huge problem for me, but if would be bothered by that, I'd consider you find something in a darker color.The glow in the dark worked quite well. I was really surprised how long it lasted.Last but not least, it worked as a great make-shift water bowl for the dog when we were on a day hike.

I have a 90 lb black lab that loves to play Frisbee. Her all time favorite thing on this planet is her Dyn-O-Glo! Every night I get home around midnight and she's waiting up for me. I have a small black light I switch on to charge it up quick and bright. She's about to wet the carpet in anticipation before i even get to the door! She's 5 years old now, and we go through 2 of these a year (she can't seem to break the habit of sinking her canines in now and then). One thing to take note of: these discs do not like to be left out in direct sunlight. You will notice the plastic start to take on a blue-green tint and begin to darken. They don't glow nearly as bright after that, so take care to store it in a shady place, preferably where the dog can't eat it.

I got this to play ultimate frisbee at night, but the glow just doesn’t last and even when it’s fully charged it isn’t that bright. We got a black light to fast charge it, but you have to stop so often that you spend more time with the frisbee under the light than you do playing.As far as frisbees go, it’s pretty good. Decent weight and flys well, but the plastic on this one feels more flexible than other ones of this brand/size/weight.

I have been using this Frisbee all summer. It has a wonderful glow that lasts. Not flimsy like some dollar store frisbees can be. Love it!

This is a great frisbee for the price. It's very durable and easy to use. For reference, the frisbee looks different than what is shown in the picture...if that is a major concern for you. Maybe they have various graphics for this model, but either way don't be surprised when you do receive it.Overall: Great product for the price($8 directly from amazon or 7.50 in warehouse deals) and perfect for the average user.

The outside packaging was perfectly intact, however the inside packaging was opened and the product itself was obviously used. I immediately initiated a return and because this came from outside the country, they want me to pay return shipping. I contacted Amazon and they agreed to reimburse me for shipping.
