Helps me know when to hold my breath!
If you've ever wondered whether your air was fresh or just pretending to be, the Portable Air Quality Meter & Monitor is here to clear the airโliterally! This nifty little gadget has become my new best friend, and let me tell you, itโs a real breath of fresh air. First off, itโs like having a tiny scientist in your pocket. Iโve named mine "Airy McMonitorface," and heโs got the precision of a Swiss watch with the personality of a weathered environmentalist. Heโs always there, ready to tell me if the air is as clean as a mountain breeze or if itโs time to open a window and panic. Spoiler alert: I now open a lot of windows. The setup was a breeze (pun totally intended). Within minutes, Airy was up and running, sniffing out pollutants like a bloodhound on a mission. I never knew my kitchen was a secret lair of volatile organic compounds until Airy squealed louder than a toddler denied candy. And letโs talk about the displayโcrystal clear and as friendly as a golden retriever. Airyโs colorful alerts are like mood rings for the atmosphere. Green means go, red means "hold your breath and pray," and yellow is somewhere in between, like air purgatory. In conclusion, this Portable Air Quality Meter & Monitor is the best thing to happen to my lungs since, well, ever. Highly recommend to anyone who breathes!

A Must-Have for Every Home!
I recently bought the BREATHE Airmonitor Plus, and I have to say, it has been a game-changer for our home! This little device is packed with features, and itโs been eye-opening to see what kind of air weโve been breathing. First off, the setup was a breeze. Iโm not the most tech-savvy person, but the instructions were clear, and I had it up and running in no time. The display is easy to read and understand, even for someone like me who doesnโt usually deal with technical stuff. The BREATHE Airmonitor Plus measures everything you could possibly want to know about your air quality โ PM1.0, PM2.5, PM10, CO2, TVOC, Formaldehyde, Temperature, and Humidity. I had no idea how much stuff could be floating around in the air! One of the most surprising things was how high the CO2 levels were in our bedroom at night. Weโve since started leaving the door slightly open to let more air circulate, and weโve both been sleeping much better. Itโs also been really helpful to see the temperature and humidity levels โ turns out our house was way too dry, which was probably why we were waking up with sore throats. The build quality of the monitor is great too. It feels sturdy, and the sleek design fits right in with our home decor. Itโs portable, so weโve been moving it around to different rooms to get a complete picture of our indoor air quality. Overall, I couldnโt be happier with this purchase. Itโs given us peace of mind and has definitely made us more conscious about the air weโre breathing. If youโre on the fence about getting an air quality monitor, I highly recommend the BREATHE Airmonitor Plus. Itโs worth every penny!

Mostly great unit, with a few wrinkles to iron
This is a very useful device for my purposesโ I have a small office area that I work in with poor ventilation and I was curious how bad the air quality was. I was very surprised to find that my CO2 levels were at a very concerning 4,500โ they are supposed to be around 400. The monitor immediately identified it as unhealthy and that prompted me to immediately open my windows and cut my fans on to circulate air. As soon as I did that, the numbers began to rapidly decrease until they finally got back down to 405 or so (Good/Healthy). Problem is, as soon as I close them and begin to hang around, they creep right back up pretty rapidlyโ but at least the monitor shows this is the case very clearly for me. I know these readings are legit because the CO2 numbers go down immediately after I open windows or get fresh air inโ and further, when I am in the room (like overnight) they increase substantially and progressivelyโ but during the day while I am out of the office all day and return, it is still in the low 400โs. So itโs definitely me increasing the CO2 levels and that proves to me itโs not just some random made up measurements. The other particulates are very low here probably due to me having a high quality HEPA filter always running, so that doesnโt surprise me but lines up with what Iโd expect to be accurate. But when I open the windows and my neighbor down the road is burning some debris or something or someone has a fire nearby or thereโs pollen etc- those particulates immediately shoot up as soon as I let the outside in. So Iโm convinced itโs a legit product and measurements are real based on those evidences. That is all useful info that I can apply to help with my health. Everything is easy on the unit, but the one difficulty I had (like so many others) was getting the darn unit to connect to the app and wifi. I tried sooo many timesโ and Iโm a network engineer, so I know what Iโm doing. Here is a tip: the only way I was finally able to get it to connect was I had to unplug it and completely drain the battery dead, then hold the power button for 10 seconds as I plugged it back in and it came back on (to set it into pairing mode)โ the time I did that it worked immediately and perfectly. Hope that helps someone with this same problem. Shouldnโt be that way but I think thatโs the fix. The only other issue I have with this product is the display is freakin BRIGHT- you donโt want this thing in your bedroom while youโre sleeping, trust me. You can dim the brightness using the app (once you can finally get it to connect and pair, otherwise youโre doomed)โฆ but Iโd rather use the proximity sensor to cut the screen off when Iโm away or not moving/nearโ thatโs a clearly advertised feature. Unfortunately, this feature does not seem to work. Itโs set in the app to cut the display off when Iโm not near, but it never does. Have adjusted time limits, cut it on and seeโฆ cut it off and seeโฆ tried it on AC power and on battery, restarted everythingโ nothing works so far. Very disappointed in that because I have to put it in my drawer at night or cut it off so my room is not like a midsummer day; which is a bummer since itโs supposed to be able to cut the display off via the proximity sensor. Best I can do is crank the brightness level way down, but then I can hardly see it during the day- so please fix that bug. Other than that, it seems to be accurate as far as I can tell and the temp and humidity sensors are within a few percent/degrees of my 2 other meters soโ truth is Iโm not sure which, if any of them are accurate, but theyโre all โclose enoughโ for my purposes. Iโm not running a science lab or anything where I need .00001 precision there. Anyhow. Unit is cool, battery life is very short- only a few hours- but I donโt really use it off the AC anyhow, so no biggie for me. Would like all the features to work a bit better and the app fleshed out a little more (widen the alarm thresholds, theyโre very limitedโฆ and make the active screen on the app match whatโs on the unit, or save the last one you had it on- I hate having to select CO2 every single time I go to viewโ I am never really interested in PPM or VOC levels but it always starts on the same screen no matter what youโve set it to on the unit or in the app last. Super easy to do a โdefault initial screenโโฆ but it works for what most people are interested in. I could recommend it as a useful tool if your air quality is in question and you want to be able to have a way to monitor and get quantitative data to be able to act on.

Premature Product
Even though it is the best designed product among its peers, it is hard to use it. First of all, you need wifi to connect to device. You cannot connect via bluetooth. Therefore, If you want to use it at your office and your office does not provide wifi (for security concerns) like mine, using this device near impossible. You cannot even silent the divice (and it has really high volume in default). Every time it close itself, all the settings you have done goes to the default. Additionly, if you are using 5 ghrtz wifi, it does not support. You need to use 2.4 ghrtz in order to use it. Sevondly, battery life of the item is really short. After charging over night, it's closed in an hour since its battery drained. Additionly, the battery percentage on the device screen and on the app does not match. I literally do not know which one is correct. I couldn't compare the air quality metrics if they are accurate since I do not have other product for the same purpouse at the moment, but the thermometer and humidity does not give the same value as Xiomi thermometer and humidity sensors. The worst part is, I wanted to return the product. Amazon accepted the return but didn't give the return number for me to sent it back. Customer services said that I can return it with any carrier of my choice but I need to pay the return fee myself first. Then they said Amazon will pay me back but they cannot explain how. I spoke to the several carrier firms in Turkey to return the item but minimum fee for the product's return from Turkey to the Las Vegas Amazon storage is 100$. I do not have additional 100$ just to return the item back. I am not even sure when the return fee will paid back to me ( or if ) even if I can spare the money to return it. I spoke with two different costumer services agents but I couldn't find any solution. Unfortunately, this is the worst experience I ever faced with Amazon over the years. I really do not recommend buying this product, since you cannot practically return it if you do not like it. I am literally so sorry that I wasted my money to the product that is not mature enough to be used by customers, especially in that price range. And I cannot even return it.

A fun wifi Air monitor that is working great! Everyone should get one!
I just got the Breathe Air Monitor today. And first off, just want to say thank you so very much for having it at such a great price, that is much appreciated. It arrived in perfect condition. I wanted something that had good reviews and that would also be accurate. I have an Amazon Air Monitor already but i wanted an extra monitor just to be sure of the readings. I already have 2 medical grade air purifiers that i purchased from Amazon, so i am sure that is probably why my readings are so low. My other monitors also show low readings too so i know that this is accurate. I worried a little at first seeing that the PM1, PM2.5 and PM10 all kept saying zero, but i guess that is a good thing to have low or no readings. The CO2 was giving me a number reading so i know it was working ok, but finally got the PM readings to show 1 and then go back to zero. I think my 2 air purifiers i have running plus i vacuum every day to keep the dust and dirt down, is helping since all the readings are so low. But with the wildfires that were going on all around me, plus a neighbor that smokes next door and then the 4th of July fireworks, which really set off my monitors and purifiers. So the combination of purifier and monitor work together very nicely. My Alexa keeps reminding me that i have excellent air quality, and i want to keep it that way. Keeping a monitor and watching out for your air, this is the best thing i have ever done. I did not know that was probably the reason why i had to use nasal spray and allergy medication all the time. But since being a clean neat person to keep the dust and dirt down, it has really made a difference and i think everyone should really buy these monitors to keep track and know their air quality. All i know is that i feel so much better and alive now than i ever have and being able to breathe is just amazing and sleeping good too. There really is no noise to this unless you have one of the alarms going off on your air quality, but that is a good thing, but also, you can mute the sound too, but i prefer to know when my air quality is bad so i can make the proper adjustments. I think i probably am the only person here in my town who has the best home air quality right now, and is really good to have this monitor to let you know. I will end my review with just saying.........Thank you Breathe Store. Ps. I am posting a few pictures to show where i put my Breathe monitor and the readings on it. Also, it was easy to add internet wifi, the app is fantastic and easy to understand. UPDATE---After having this monitor for a few days now, i think it drives me more crazy trying to fix my air quality, but it started telling me to open a door or window and let air circulate, poor ventilation. Which, after i do this, the C02 reading does go pack down, but opening a window and door also increase the PM1, PM2.5, PM10 and VOC numbers, not too much, but enough. However, with the heatwave currently on and it being close to 100, opening a door and window helps, but you also get hot doing this. My CO2 numbers are starting to spike and was surprised at the 800 CO2, but as soon as i turn on the kitchen vent and open the door and window screen, the numbers do go back down. But when you close your door again and turn on your air conditioner, the numbers go back up. So it kind of drives a person crazy trying to figure this all out. My living room is being monitored by another air device and CO2 is fine, it is just my kitchen area. I guess i have to pick and choose my battles. But i know at least the device is working and doing something. Accurate or false reading, who knows, but at least it alerts me to a potential problem.

Great little device that works
Used it for a few days and so far it seems pretty accurate. My room was getting up to 1000 levels for the CO2 at night with the window and door closed. With the window open, I was still getting around 700-800 levels of CO2. Then after installing and using an exhaust window fan, my CO2 levels dropped down to the 500s and 600s. All my other readings are good because I have an air purifier in the room. I like how little the device is, so I just place it next to me at the computer desk. The only thing I don't like about it is the app. Whenever my PM levels go up a bit, it keeps ringing an alarm even if I have the alarm on mute.

Easy setup, but do follow the user manual. Very pleased with features for the price.
The temperature and humidity seem very accurate, tracking closely with my home thermometers and a lab-grade humidity meter nearby. The CO2 default at 600 ppm is a bit low, so I changed the warning to 1000 ppm and it is fine now. When I come into the workroom, the CO2 will be hovering around 400+, and after I sit nearby working for a bit it will go up to the mid-500s. That makes sense, due to my CO2 increasing the local level. I can't verify the VOC or particulate scales, but they do seem to track with my activities. If the levels rise a bit, I'll open the windows for some cross-ventilation and the numbers go down. That seems like a great reason to have this device sitting in my workspace. I haven't explored the screen-dimming features since it's just in my workspace and I don't care about that. The screen is quite bright and very easy to read in the daytime. I'm completely satisfied with this unit.

Monitor works great for all sensors! Fantastic app!
Love all the readings that this monitor can do! It also looks great! Not as ugly as other monitors. I testing the TVOC & formaldehydes by opening alcohol near the sensor and it did detect. The app works great & the data export feature is really convenient for me to review in excel. I love the graphs in the app too. I was feeling tired in my home and this monitor helped me realize I had high CO2 levels in here. It also made me realize I had high humidity at over 60% which is why my place felt stuffy and my floors were getting soft. I bought 4 dehumidifiers immediately.

Good monitor!
Got it the other day, So far seems pretty good we painted the other day so I know the TVOC would be a little higher than normal and itโs showing that so seems to be working good. Happy with my purchase
