Great for those of us that have silent reflux. I take these before sleep to make sure no acid comes up my esophagus or splashes on my vagus nerve while I sleep. Took me awhile to even figure out I had silent reflux but if you feel anxieties that seem unprovoked, or you get weird ear infections, it could be silent reflux creeping up while you're horizontal in bed. This is a great mechanical solution to the problem that as far as I've ascertained, you can take every day and not have to worry about long-term ill effects. Great product.

As someone who enjoys drinking coffee and alcohol, this is immensely helpful! It's not instant, but it gets the job done. They're easy to take and no weird aftertaste like other supplements.
