Very hydrating and reduces puffiness

Disapponting product
The packaging was torned out when i recieved the product . And the cream has no applicator as shown in image .It is a complete disappontment .It does not even deserve 1 star .

Issues with the pump
The order shows a tube but a pump bottle was delivered instead.i was okay with that but now the pump does not pump out the cream.its either faulty or the cream is too thick.i now regret not returning it
