This was a “what the heck, give it a try” purchase. I am delighted to tell you that after 1 month, my results are unexpectedly good. I am 71yrs old and am in the early stages of cataracts. It has progressed to the point where I was experiencing blurry, rainbow halo vision throughout the day. Every morning I woke up to severely blurred vision, even with my glasses, and was unable to read for about an hour or so until my vision cleared a bit. I was struggling with reading and crafting. I am a hobbyist beaded jewelry maker and was really upset at difficult it was becoming to work with needle and seed beads. I was also struggle to do embroidery and cross stitch, which I also love. I was so frustrated and depressed. After 30 days of taking 2 caps per day, the rainbow halos are gone. Not just improved - totally gone! My vision is still diminished by developing cataracts but the improvement is pretty darn great. These capsules are easy to swallow. The ingredients are good. I've been using them since before my cataract surgery. I do believe they are good for my eye health. My husband and son also use this product.

I have been facing so much eye strain from years, no doctor could help me out, they just gave general instructions that are already freely available everywhere. I was literally so depressed due to eye strain as I wasn't able study and use laptop. But this has solved my years issues, I'm really grateful to these capsules. I dont know much about side effects neither experienced any, but I dont have choice for now. If there is no side effv in future. Its best choice for eye strain
