First time using it today ๐คPros*It heats quickly to desired temperature.It is compact so takes very small counter space.It comes with a guide for different foods.It has 2 silicone matsIt has (half mitts - very tiny)Meat hangerCons*The outside gets very hot ๐ฅ! Definitely warn others in household to not touch the dehydrator while on.*The one ordered is a 10 tray, and much smaller than expected. For small jobs it works fine - If you are wanting to do alot at once, maybe size up or seek the round style dehydrator if counter space is an issue.First test run today - will see how it goes dehydrating fruit. If anything negative occurs, I will update on here.

Large capacity, easy to use
This beast holds a lot of jerky! It would take several batches to finish that much in a plastic round dehydrator. It's so easy to set up, just turn a couple dials and you're ready to go. Also, it's much, much quieter than the round plastic one.

Bad product bad customer support
The first 2 times I used it worked great. I went to use it last night and it wouldn't power on. Did the recommended troubleshooting found no issues. Contacted Amazon and no help from them at all. Delivered August 11 barely a month old and now Im. Out the money .
