ENGEL 13qt Leak-Proof, Air Tight, Drybox Cooler and Small Hard Shell Lunchbox for Men and Women

My husband started a new job, and needed a bigger lunchbox. This one does wonders! It fits SO much food/snacks! I could also spot my husband from a mile away with the color, haha!It’s super easy to clean out, I have sprayed with dawn dish soap and actually sprayed it out in the sink. Quick dry with a paper towel, and let it air out overnight it smells amazing! It also comes with a little tray, which is perfect for non lunch items!

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I mainly got it for taking my lunch to work and got the larger size to double as a small cooler for the pool and beach this summer. It’s held up great, slightly bulky but that’s fine I work in a harsher environment and it holds up well. Did awesome at the beach too, the seal kept sand out which is great, highly recommend this

I bought this cooler/lunch box Nov 2020 it's currently June 2025 and it's hanging on strong. I use this cooler for a lunch box daily and a day cooler on the weekends. It keeps my drinks and food cold all day with 2 small ice blocks. I've hit this cooler with my trailer, dropped it plenty, sat on it most days for lunch time and everything functions perfectly. Highly recommend I'll probably buy another when the time comes but for now it still ticking.

Im a construction worker. I work out side...in theis heat...this cooler is amazing..need one ...buy this....works great

It’s a nice solid cooler I’m a 5”10 165 pound guy I sat on the cooler since there’s no seats on my job it didn’t crack or anything it definitely feels like it would take a beating. The 13 qt cooler has a good amount of space I packed 6 (16.9) Fl oz of water bottles inside the cooler 2 cans of dr. Pepper 2 sandwiches and 3 mandarins in the cooler and I bought a 10 pound bag of ice and it holds about half before getting full. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is because the ice didn’t last long enough I was working indoors today at about 90-95 degrees throughout the day by 3pm all the ice had melted my drinks were still cool though but I expected ice to last a little longer.

These 13qt little coolers are pretty awesome. I’ve been through a few little playmates and small igloos over the years. I’ve always hesitated to spend the money required to get a decent lunchbox. Had I realized how sturdy and well made these were. I would have had no hesitation. That said, I only pulled the trigger on it because the color I got. Had a $20 less price tag for whatever reason. I wasn’t sure I would like the color. I get a lot of favorable feedback on the color. Everyone always says “you won’t lose that”.Storage capacity is perfect for my needs. I take the large Yeti cup for coffee everyday. It totally fits with lots of extra space at the end of the day. The provided shoulder strap is great. I use that most every time so I can carry other stuff in my hands. I thought it would be heavier, not at all cumbersome. I throw one of those reusable ice blocks in and it keeps everything cold for the day. Hell, I know it would hold at least a 12 pack of beer with plenty of ice if needed. Seems to seal well. Fits in my locker at work. It really doesn’t seem to take up much room in the front seat of my truck. Came with several Engel decals and all. I happened to know a fellow with that last name and gave them to him.There are a lot of folks at work have the 13 qt or even have the 19 qt. They have had them for years. I hope this little guy gets me to retirement. Less than 10 years, for the price it should. If y’all decide to get one. I think you will be able to buy with confidence. I have had no dealings with their customer service or anything. Can’t comment on any of that. Enjoy and thank y’all for reading this.

My husband loves this, it's lasted some time. Very roomy for everything he brings also color has not faded.
