The first two were complete duds. This one works perfectly! I love the size, the way it fits easily around the bar, and the fact that the cover holds the pad securely in place. The cover is attractive, and is made of a nice quality material that feels nice against the skin. I use the pad for all types of squats as well as hip thrusts. It's extremely comfortable, and I no longer get marks on my neck, shoulders, or thighs. Also be careful to not get the velcro on your gym pants so it doesn't scuff them up.
